The competition to owners was made by young athletes of Tver, Torzhok, Kuvshinov, Ostashkov, Zubtsov, Kalashnikov and Rameshek. Except fight for medals in different weight categories, in Vyshny Volochyok selection in structure of combined area for performance on command superiority of the Central federal district and Russia was made.
