In sport center of RPK LNU passed Open city tournament on judo among young men and girls "The young Spartacist".

Competitions carry the status traditional and passed in the city already the fourth time in a row. In competitions took part 240 athletes representing the cities: Kharkov, Gorlovka, Lugansk ("Dynamo", "MONU", "Falcon"), Slavyansk (sports school and KDYuSSh), Red Estuary, Artemovsk, Troitsk, Lisichansk, Severodonetsk, Krasnorechensk, Svatovo and Rubezhnoye.

At solemn opening of tournament with the parting word the deputy mayor L.R.Sidorenkov, the deputy of regional council S.I.Khortiv, deputies of city council of Accusative addressed to young judoists Kagala and V.Yu.Kharchuk.

Competitions took place in personal and command superiority in 10 weight categories among young men and 5 weight categories among girls.

Rubezhansky athletes for competitions were prepared by trainers A.A.Korotky, R.A.Korotky, A.N.Grigorov (all DYuSSh No. 1 of department of education) and V.I.Tkachev (DYuSSh FSO "Ukraine"). Following the results of competitions the rubezhansky team won 17 medals of different advantage:

1 place – the Dubuna Gleb (30 kg), Golovko Daniel (34 kg), Tcan Edward (50 kg), Pogodin Simeon (+55 kg), Kravets Sofiya (28 kg), Pashuk Angelina (36 kg), Katrukh Victoria (52 kg);

2 place – Sviridov Anatoly (27 kg), Tarasyuk David (30 kg), Semenova Anastasia (24 kg), Polushcheva Sofiya (28 kg), Miroslav's Rybalko (36 kg);

3 place – Makarenko Nikita (27 kg), Tarasenko Evgeny (34 kg), Skripnik Ivan (42 kg), Solenko Paulina (36 kg), Kozlov Alexander (48 kg).

All winners and prize-winners were awarded by the diplomas, commemorative medals and cups.

By results of command superiority of a place were distributed as follows:

1 place – of Rubezhnoye, the 2nd place – Lugansk "Dynamo", the 3rd place –. Krasnyi Lyman.

The sweet pie provided by the sponsor of tournament, was handed over to each team by the director of Rubezhansky branch of ASKO-Donbass Northern insurance company O.I.Novikova.
