And all this thanks to efforts of the tireless enthusiast of mas-wrestling Valery Ivanovich TERESHKO.

He is the coach of the team of Moscow and the Moscow region. We are familiar with it not the first year. Appearance at it having, a dialect soft, maybe, because from Belarus a sort. By nature the healthy fellow, since youth was engaged in free-style wrestling, skis and even discus throw. But weightlifting became love of all life. In this sport it reached heights - became the master of sports of the international class, two times became the champion of the Soviet Union! I trained with Vasily ALEKSEEV and other outstanding athletes.

The holiday concerns it on February 23 directly. He is a military pensioner, all the life played for CSKA. I worked as the trainer of this club in Baku, I was the military representative of the Head automobile department of the USSR.

On the lawful holiday I preferred to come to a hall, to young, I didn't want to stay at home on a sofa. It such! I visited the half-world, participating in kettlebell sports competitions, and I reaped a quite good crop – more than 30 medals. Successfully speaks at the World Cups and Europe among athletes of veterans. In three minutes of 70 times wrings out the weight weighing 32 kg. On the reached isn't going to stop. Competitions took place in three weight categories among men: to 70 kg, to 80 kg and over 80 kg. The student of the Russian state university of oil and gas of Gubkin Dmitry ZAKHAROV became the winner in the first category, and it got a victory hardly, meetings were too hot. Persistent Vitaly DOBRINOV in fight, the third – Andrey PANOV became the second persistent in achievement of the purpose.

In weight category to 80 kg Alexander ZOTOV, behind him – Ivan MOSKVIN and the third – Mikhail GRIGORYEV became the best. In weight over 80 kg of participants was less, but fights were more rigid. First place was won by Armen OGANNESYAN, the second - Grigory DIVAROV, and the third – the youngest participant, the school student from Moscow Mikhail NOSYREV.

In the sports hall on a foreground the banner "High rates of physical readiness – the best demonstration of fighting capacity of army" hangs.
