The veteran of sports, the trainer and innovator Alexander Glukhanich from Pomozdino's village of the Ust-Kulomsky area headed new republican federation on the Komi to national wrestling "Zumyd Osh" ("A strong bear").

According to him, the decision on creation of federation is made at general meeting of members of Association of judo and sambo of Komi within educational and methodical tournament which took place in the Kortkerossky area. As the initiator of carrying out competitions acted. "SPLAV"

– Activists discussed uniform requirements to carrying out competitions as next year we plan to organize in Komi the international tournament on "Zumyd Osh"name Zosima Paneva, – Konstantin Badokin explained to our edition. – Main task: creation of an educational and methodical and didactic grant on national wrestling in electronic form. We also devoted to this subject a seminar.

It will be transferred to all preschool and school institutions of formation of the republic, and also to societies of disabled people to spread single combats, eyelids arranged by indigenous people of our republic.

A few years ago judo and sambo coachs Alexander Glukhanich from village Pomozdino of the Ust-Kulomsky area and Vitaly Komelchik from village  Objyachevo of the Priluzsky area investigated history of national single combats and national competitions.

Searches led to revival "Zumyd Osh". Veterans of sports reconstructed and described rules of carrying out tournaments.

Within tournament in school of the village Kortkeros passed competitions on "Zumyd Osh": besides owners athletes from the capital of Komi, and also from Priluzsky, Syktyvdinsky and Ust-Kulomsky areas participated. Owners of tournament got an all-command first place.
