Today in Kokugikan was held the 72nd All-Japanese tournament rikisi.
The main prize (half a million yens) won yokodzuna Harumafudzi. In the ending the 29-year-old Mongol overcame a throw-uvatedasinage ozeki Kotosyogika.
In the first circle the Solar horse wasn't resisted by Kaysey, in the second – Totinovaka, in the third – Aoiyama. In a semi-final Harumafudzi pushed out with dohe Tiyotayryu.
Yokodzun Hakukho and ozeki Kisenosato was suffered by defeats in a quarterfinal. Belogo phoenix forced out for a straw fringing Kotosyogiku. The rare talent passed a throw-uvatenage from Dzyokoryu.
Harumadzi became the winner of All-Japanese tournament rikisi already for the fifth time.
The one-day competitions held annually after Aki base, aren't comparable with six traditional classical super tournaments.
