Today in the capital the press conference devoted to the forthcoming tournament took place.

Elsiyar Kanagatov, vice-chairman of Agency on affairs of sports and physical culture:

— Here already for the third time we hold tournament on our primordial sport. Every year interest to kazak kuresi steadily grows. Us very much pleases that is possible to raise level of our traditional sports. First, I want to tell thanks to Armand Shurayev as to the author idea of tournament and as to the person who brought "Kazakhstan Barysy" to that high level at which in recent years passes each ending of these competitions. About 100 thousand wrestlers took part in a qualifying tournament. I want to wish wrestlers honest wrestling and I urge all fans not to pass this grandiose event.

Aydar Makhmetov, director of the department of "Samruk-Kazyna" public relations:

— As you know, the Fund of national well-being of "Samruk-Kazyna" pays much attention to sports development in Kazakhstan. One of the major projects for us is the tournament "Kazakhstan Barysy". It is a fine example of how Armand Shurayev's idea was realized a type of a big sporting event to the countries. I consider that the organization of this project is a good example of that national sports it is possible and it is necessary to popularize among the population. I hope, tournament will take place successfully, and let will win against the strongest!

Bakhtiyar Artayev, president of PPSK "Astana":

— We now gather waiting for a big event — the ending "Kazakhstan Barysy". Kazak kuresi now undoubtedly quits on new level and has the best times. At us is in plans to make so that kazak kuresi I quitted on the world scene, and we hope that we will manage to realize our plans.

Also Armand Shurayev marked that the ending "Kazakhstan Barysy" will be broadcast on 35 countries of the world: "Next year we will sign the contract with the Swiss partners — we want to organize translation for the whole world".
