Experts from Yakutia are switched on in composition of the working group which is engaged in development of the federal legislation on national sports of the people of Russia. It became known in a course of "the round desktop" which passed in Yakutsk with involvement of deputies of the State Duma.

National entertainments

In the ancient time in the territory of Yakutia people lodged far apart. To the next neighbors pore of ten kilometers. It was dullish, especially in the winters. Therefore on a visit went for a long time, and it always was an event.

Having undertaken it, it is necessary to outweigh the opponent through a board on the side or to pull out a shell at him from hands. In centuries Yakuts so sharpened receptions of this unusual wrestling that some masters manage to throw the rival not that through a board, and through themselves.

Northerners and very peculiar competitions on flexibility saw off. Apparatus - the same stick fifteen centimeters long. Having rested it against an earth floor and having undertaken it both hands, the athlete shall, touching feet almost in lying situation, to make round it as much as possible turns, at the same time rotating round an axis of the body and without touching the earth by a back or a stomach.

And when there came summer, the pore of outdoor games and sports began. Among them national jumps kylyy,ystanga and kuobah (on two feet, on one and alternately), and also wrestling hapsagay were especially popular.

All ancient entertainments and competitions of northern people reached up to now almost in an invariable look.

- The modern history of their development carries the counting since 1923. Since then efforts of enthusiasts and experts systematized more than two hundred physical exercises, different games of competitive character and national sports of the people of Yakutia, - the minister of sports of the republic Mikhail Guljaev tells.

Outweighed a stick

A few years ago the Yakut experts undertook to spread national sports in other regions of Russia, and in 2003 on physical culture and sport stick pulling, wrestling hapsagay and the Yakut jumps were included by the order of federal agency in the All-Russian register. However, popularity is won not by orders. Mas-wrestling federations (that pulling of the stick which has received more harmonious modern name) now work in 40 regions of Russia. Moreover, similar federations are created in 20 countries on four continents.

- For the first time I got acquainted with mas-wrestling last year and was shaken by this fantastic sport, - the 11-fold world champion in powerlifting Brazilian Vilmar Oliveira recalls taken part in "the round desktop". - I started advancing it directly in the country and on May 18 this year held the first championship of Brazil. This colourful show attracted a lot of audience and was widely illuminated with national television.

The Yakut jumps were a few years ago switched on in the program of the championships of Russia on track and field athletics. As for hapsagy, receptions used in it were included long ago into an arsenal of the athletes who are engaged in free-style wrestling. At this type of wrestling, perhaps, strict rules in a pattern. There is no carpet for which it is possible to push out the rival and to earn point. Anybody puts nobody in orchestra seats. And even it isn't necessary to lay down on blades of the rival. To lose, it is enough to concern the earth any third point.

National sports are simple, don't require a large number of stock and at the same time allow the person to develop scalenely

Recently seven Yakut wrestlingers made Russian national team which participated for the first time in the beach wrestling World Cup. On seven residents of Yakutsk won six medals - two gold, silver and three bronze.

- Hapsagay it is similar to beach wrestling, however I governed, once set by our ancestors, nevertheless more rigid. And this school played a role, - the president of federation hapsagy Nikolay Rumyantsev marked.

Salt of national types that they are simple, don't require a large number of stock and at the same time allow the person to develop scalenely. The bright example of advantage of trainings on national customs before traditional pumping of muscles was shown recently at the international mas-wrestling competitions by the Yakut athlete Ivan Belolyubsky.

On competitions there arrived known athletes in a pattern near whom Belolyubsky looked the teenager. It was easier than rivals on 30 - 40 kilograms. Nevertheless I took the second place in pulling of a stick and it appeared out of competition in competition on gravity carrying. It carried by a stone weighing 181 kilogram almost on eight meters. The athletes who have taken the second and third places, could shift this boulder only on some centimeters. All remaining weren't able even to raise it.

Limits will lift

Actually, in Yakutia of problems with national sports isn't present. Specially for occupations they here constructed excellent complexes. For departure on competitions of athletes from the remote regions in the region budget for 2013 more than 23 million rubles are provided. And till 2016, according to the chairman of profile committee of republican parliament Sergey Syulskyy about 500 million will be selected for development of these types.

Problem in other. From five national sports which were switched on in the All-Russian register, three - Yakut. But after all and unusual sports meets were widespread in other edges in ancient times. Many of them are popular and now, but only in the territory of any one region. Participants of "the round desktop" marked that a hindrance to promoting of national sports are outdated laws.

- It is necessary to exclude situation according to which national sports are what develop only within one region from the legislation, - Mikhail Guljaev marked. - I suggest to cancel also restrictions on creation of the all-Russian federations and associations by national types. On the contrary, it is necessary to create the central institutes, for example, academy of national sports of the people of Russia which would promote their development and switching on in the All-Russian and international competitive practice.

The Yakut functionary was supported by experts, the deputies, known athletes.

- Such available sports shall be widespread on all country, they should be advocated. In the State Duma sentences accumulate, and we will make everything to advance national sports, - Vladislav Tretiak who has taken part in debate declared.

- Yakutia - a fine example of development of national sports. It is sure that hapsagay and the Yakut jumps, as well as mas-wrestling, can quit on the international level. Our task - to promote similar breaks. Now we develop the bill "About National Sports in the Russian Federation", and I invited representatives of the republic in group on bill development. Future law shall be the most convenient and working. It is sure that practices and experience of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) will be very useful to us.
