It is worth noticing that at men in freestyle in weight categories  75 kg, 100 kg, 100+ kg there passed a selection stage on University games-2013 in which program, this type of wrestling is included for the first time.

Ilnur Valiullin rose by the highest step of a podium in weight category  62 kg. The silver award in weight over 100 kg was won by Vladislav Gudovsky. The third place in the weight categories took Olga Kuznetsova (w/c 52 kg), Guliya Habibullina (w/c 66 kg) and Alyona Ozhgikhina (w/c 76 kg).
