The correspondent of our portal Olga ZUENOK on the international tournament on prizes A.V. Medved have a talk with the head coach of a national women's team on free-style wrestling - Raykhliny Oleg Yakovlevicham

— As you estimate performance of the wards on the 44th tournament on prizes A.V. Bear?

— O.R.: Quite good performance, you judge, in the small finals 8 (eight) girls, however, a bronze medal fought Natalya Lanko won only, other girls showed persistence and persistence, however youth and a lack of experience prevented to realize the conceived. The girls fighting for the first places: Zalina Sedakova, Anastasia Guchok, Nadezhda Shushko, Vasilisa Marzalyuk completely met the assigned expectations, showed sure wrestling and won gold medals of tournament.

Special importance is gained by this international tournament as here girls hold meetings with the competitors which it is necessary to meet in the European championships, the world, wrestling experience is respectively saved up, there is an opportunity to take a revenge from competitors.

The national team of Ukraine which is the leading women's national team team in Europe, (in the run-up to the Olympic Games-2012 from seven possible categories seven their girls fought in the final), arrived on tournament by the first structure. There arrived three strong representatives of Azerbaijan, the others went to participate on Klippon's cup to Sweden, also Russian national team also was divided — the part arrived to Minsk, other, headed by the Olympic champion Natalya Vorobyova, participate in "Klippan Lady Open" Cup. Unfortunately, our tournaments coincide, from here and division of participants, would be remarkable to part these tournaments on time, it would add to us competitive practice.

— Girls were already reconstructed on wrestling by new rules?

— O.R.: Wrestling by new rules became incredibly dynamic, today it absorbed in herself both equipment and tactics and endurance, rules gave a positive effect for increase in staginess of wrestling. Pay attention, with what account win girls: Irina Kurochkina for an exit in the small final gained 18 points, and in wrestling for bronze conceded with the score 9:14, and after all behind each point there is a carried-out reception. All this gives brightness to wrestling fights, but also demands from girls of an appropriate level of endurance over what we work in training process.

— Today the structure of girls who will go to the European championship is already defined?

— O.R.: No! Though all preparatory tournaments are taken place, but in the forthcoming month to the championship level of preparation can change. I see contours of training of all girls, however not with all is happy, some weren't pleasant to me on a course of today's tournament. There are such "house wrestlers" who show sure wrestling in native walls, and on the international scene are lost, enter a stupor. Today is to steam of bastings on which with a trainer's staff we still will have meetings, we will look at a condition of girls in the course of bringing collecting.— Whether it concerns to our eminent sportswomen who were already bringing medals from world championships?

— O.R.: Vasilisa Marzalyuk and Anastasia Guchok unconditional leaders in the weight categories, they confirmed the skill and gold medals of the A.V tournament. Bear. On Ivan Yarygin's recently taken place tournament (Krasnoyarsk – 2014) Anastasia Guchok became the prize-winner as it was injured. Today it was restored and now we accurately bring it to the European championship, Nastya the girl very responsible, we hope, to start will approach in the best form. Vasilisa the skilled sportswoman, also is going to make a speech at the championship.

— How you estimate a state of health of the wards?

— O.R.: Wrestling such sport where microinjuries are present always, other question how to rehabilitate an organism and to prepare for competitive loadings. Zalina Sedakova last year was operated on a meniscus, passed two collecting together with team, today results of tournament testify to organism restoration. Vanessa Kolodinskaya, the world champion, became recently a mother, in connection with such pleasant event training process was suspended. Her father who has come back from Australia, the former head coach of the national team on gymnastics, works today with it over restoration of a physical form, in May Vanessa is going to return and begin a cycle of preparation for the main starts.

— Judging by results of tournament, today in team a quite good reserve?

— O.R.: Me as the head coach, pleases that fact that there is a competition at weight categories, especially at scales: 53 kg, 55 kg, 63 kg, 69 kg. It not only provides to girls of good sparring partners, but also forces to watch closely the form, to be in continuous creative search, doesn't allow to relax and with prokhladtsy to treat training process.

As a whole our team very young, probably, the youngest in Europe. I don't doubt at all that their period of sports maturing is necessary for 2015 when licenses for the Olympic Games will be played. Average age of our team 20 - 22 years, and, having analysed statistics of FILA on age structure of winners of the Olympic Games, the World Cups, average age of winners – 27-28 years. So for example, the triple Olympic champion Japanese Kaori Icho won the third medal in 36 years. Therefore today it is possible to say that we prepare a serious reserve for two forthcoming Olympic Games.

— How comfortably to work with personal trainers of girls, whether approaches to training process always coincide?

— O.R.: With trainers who want to work, I have an absolute contact. For example, there was a difficult situation at Vanessa Kolodinskaya when she wanted to replace the trainer, however I insisted on their joint continuation of process of preparation, corrected some working moments, and result — the eighth at the Olympic Games and the first in the World Cup. Today they don't regret that continued collaboration.

— It is interesting to be the free-style wrestling coach of the women's national team?

— O.R: Certainly! If you look at athletes of men, especially grown wise experience, approximately you represent for that from them it is possible to wait, and wrestling of girls — it always the brightest emotions and unpredictable result. Female wrestling, it isn't so similar on man's, girls very emotional, they are given everything completely: love up to the end, are jealous till the end and wrestling up to the end!
