In a gym "Zhas batyr" the senior Greco-Roman wrestling coach of the youth national team of Kazakhstan Nurym Dyusenov told the cities of Atyraus about preparation and about successes of Atyrausky wrestlers.

— Nurek, for what purpose arrived to us?

— I now am in holiday, but affairs don't release. I arrived to look at participants of the international tournament of memory of Myrzabek Atbayev. I will select candidates for the national team. I arrived in ten days prior to tournament to train the pupils of the boarding school No. 1 who are engaged in group of Greco-Roman wrestling in sports club "Zhas Batyr" at the deserved trainer of Kazakhstan Rasheed Musin. We with it friends.

— Now in Atyrau the former senior boxing coach of youth national team Kanat Orakbayev works. And you aren't going to move to "the oil capital"?

— I have a lot of work in Almaty. But the feasible help in preparation of athletes I can render. My purpose — to prepare a reliable reserve for the adult national team of Kazakhstan. Our country has traditions in Greco-Roman wrestling. In 1996 Yury Melnichenko became the Olympic champion. Prize-winners of the Olympic Games were Bakhtiyar Bayseitov, George Tsurtsumy, Aset Mambetov and Nurbakhit Tenizbayev. We have to be faithful Kazhimukan Munaytpasova's memories and continue to win.

I prepared world champion Arthur Umbetkaliyev, silver prize-winners of the World Cup of Aysultan Bayzakova and Zhanserika Sarsembiyev. I can safely declare: we — the wrestling state!

— Whom from atyrausky wrestlers you would mark out?

— Evgeny Palivadov participated in the recent World Cup in Serbia. I carried out two victorious fights, in the third, unfortunately, I lost. Miras Rakhmetullayev won "silver" in the championship of Kazakhstan among young men 1996 and "bronze" on the international tournament on prizes of brothers of Samurgashevs in Rostov-on-Don. The similar success on this tournament was achieved by one more atyrausky wrestler Israil Izatov.

I with ecstasy watch how here with huge desire orphan children are engaged. I assure you, many of them will achieve success. For trainers there is a lot of "material".

— About what you just talked to pupils of boarding school No. 1?

—  I spoke about the code of honor of the athlete.  I consider, trainers surely have to lead discussions on this subject.  With orphans, they after all have no parents, it especially needs to be done.  Task of athletes — to protect honor of the country at competitions.  On the street they have to avoid conflict situations.  How many I work, there were no cases that my pupils had to use force on the street.  But if the trainer doesn't worry about a moral, psychological condition of children, such state of emergency can arise.  The trainer has to be the second father...
