Boom kickboxing, and then by other martial arts in the Kizlyar district - primarily merit Ahmed Akhmedov, honored coach of Russia, has trained many champions of the country, Europe and the world

Its organizing abilities didn't remain unnoticed: today Ahmed Magomedovich – the director of MKOU DOD "DYuSSh" of the Kizlyar region. Carrying out in the Kizlyar region of three superiority of RD through the Ministry of Education and Science (two on a kickboxing became a sign event in 2013 and one on armsport), the organizer and which principal judge Ahmed Akhmedov appeared. In conversation with us it sums up last academic year at sporting school.

– Ahmed Magomedovich, DYuSSh, though sporting, but school. How you evaluate results of its activities for last academic year?

– First of all, it is necessary to mark changes which happened in our operation. Since January 1, 2013 to us selected 20 additional staffs therefore it was succeeded to increase trainer's composition significantly. Now in DYuSSh 45 trainers work: 19 – main workers, and 26 part-time workers. There were deputies on sporting and mass and economic operation – the people who have taken place both in sports, and in life. Thanks to it it was succeeded to bring DYuSSh operation to qualitatively new level. Competitions on different types of sports which are carried out by DYuSSh, are distinguished by high organizational level. Winners and prize-winners are awarded by medals and the cups, all participants of competitions are provided with hot meals. We take part in superiority of the republic almost on all sports, on three of which took 1 place in an all-team competition: on armsport, kickboxing and to boxing. In former years the Kizlyar region had no such good results on boxing. In the village of Rybalko there is good boxing coach Magad Shaykhov who didn't get sufficient support earlier, and now it is. In Fishing we carried out for the first time superiority of the region on boxing, and further we plan to create region Centre of preparation of boxers. Following the results of the past academic year seven children from the Kizlyar region became champions of Northern zone of Dagestan on boxing, and four winners and prize-winners of superiority of the republic. It is very good result.

– The main objective of DYuSSh – development of mass child youthful sports. This task manages to be carried out?

– If earlier the staff list allowed us to involve about 750 pupils in different types of sports, now sporting sections are visited by 1500 pupils that is twice more. In some groups there are more than children, than it is necessary according to standards because trainers leave all who comes. For this year more than thirty region sporting and mass events are already held, including and 3 republican on which the involvement was accepted by more than 6000 school students. Real results shall become the most striking example of mass character, in my opinion: following the results of a year of 136 pupils of DYuSSh executed standards of 1 and 2 youthful discharges.

– What sports develop most dynamically?

– The greatest number of children, by tradition, is engaged in free-style wrestling. As a matter of fact, so was earlier, but many trainers weren't registered in DYuSSh staff. Only with the advent of new established posts we managed to systematize their activities. Noticeably the competition increased in free-style wrestling that allows to achieve serious results at competitions of republican level. Results testify to the increased average level also: there are winners and prize-winners of superiority of the republic on free-style wrestling. Recall when such was last time. Olympic champion Sharip Sharipov became the last champion of Dagestan from the Kizlyar region in due time. Same it isn't so easy: in our republic about 50 thousand people are engaged in free-style wrestling.

– What successes were this year in a kickboxing – popular in Kizlyarshchina and a native sport for you?

– Any kind of sports can be evaluated on the end results. Any day there shall be an order минспорта the Russian Federation about rank assignment "The master of sports of the international class" to Bashir Tazhdinov, Radzhab Aliyev and Mahomed Saidov. When it happens, among my pupils there will be seven masters of sports of the international class. For me it will be a sign event because not each trainer can brag of such successes. But it is yet end result …

– Recently to us the young guys who are engaged in fighting single combats often come. They bring cups, medals and awards and tell that became world champions in such versions. Children till some years are engaged in free-style wrestling and can't become champions of Dagestan, and here – transferred from one look in another and for half a year became the world champion. How such it is possible?

– The matter is that there are official championships of Dagestan, Russia, Europe and the world and there are different tournaments with loud signs where belts of champions are handed over to winners. I personally consider that the criterion in amateur sports shall be one: ranks of the masters of sports for specific achievements. And tournaments anyone if opportunities allow, – in honor of the father, the brother can hold, the friend, etc. It isn't forbidden, but sporting ranks there aren't appropriated. Today many trainers carry the pupils on the so-called open championships and World Cups where sporting ranks aren't appropriated and which have no official status, and for the expenditures. Here about what it is necessary to speak.

– Level of financing of DYuSSh allows you to send children to all competitions provided by the planned schedule of republican competitions?

– It is pleasant that in recent years financing grows in proportion to growth of number of children in DYuSSh. In this regard it is very pleasant to me that a manual of the Kizlyar region in the person of head A. Vinogradov and the Deputy head G. Gadzhimagomedov try to investigate into our problems and find opportunities for support with the financing necessary for full functioning of children's sporting school. It gives the chance to us to send children to all calendar competitions on lines and the sports ministries, and RD Ministry of Education. At the same time we have no opportunity to leave on tournaments which are held in honor someone if they aren't included in a republican calendar.

– Except wrestling, boxing and a kickboxing which are the single combats, what game sports develop most dynamically?

– In the Kizlyar region rather high rates soccer develops. A year ago a command of the Tsvetkovsky gymnasium – pupils of DYuSSh – became winners of superiority of Dagestan. This year they couldn't become the first even in superiority of the region though frame of a command didn't change. I think that it became result of the increased competition: if a year ago at sport school there was only one soccer coach, now they are five. New

champions of the region – children from Bolshezadoyevsky SOSh, train under the leadership of Murtuz Murtazaliyev. They also represented the Kizlyar region at republican competitions, but, unfortunately, didn't manage to take a place on a podium. Probably, they simply didn't have experience of performances at such level. Let's draw outputs and, undoubtedly, to demand from the high trainer of good results. Certain successes are in volleyball where as the high trainer Makhach Abdulkhalimov from Kardonovsky SOSh works.

– How affairs in track and field athletics where representatives of the Kizlyar region traditionally achieve quite good results are?

– As you know, we aim to create preparation centers on different types of sports on the basis of schools where it is most developed. Volleyball – in Kardonovka, soccer – in Tsvetkovka, boxing – in Rybalko, armsport – in Vyshetalovka, basketball – in Red Rising, wrestling – in Tsvetkovka and the Clear Glade, etc. In due time similar approach practised in the USSR.

On track and field athletics the Alexandria school where many years Gadzhimurad Aliyev who has brought up repeated champions of the republic successfully works is basic for us, he is a high track and field athletics coach of DYuSSh. Development of any kind of sports in one place leaves a certain mark on the whole generation of inhabitants: seniors surely will teach something the low. Thus, the chain, eligibility of generations will be formed. We aim to interest school students that they and their parents were ill and lived this sport.

– Whom from young athletes you can select following the results of academic year? Who most brightly showed itself(himself)?

– In recent years our pupils are advanced on receiving a rank of winners of the All-Russian competition "Exceptional children". A year ago Radzhadullakh Akhmedov, Malik Saidov and Islam Magomedov who gained diplomas and solid rewards became winners. All three representatives of a kickboxing. This year three more are nominated: two are engaged in a kickboxing – Gusen Saidov and Abdoul Magomedov, the third – Jahmal Akhmadudinov – free-style wrestling. Except them, it is worth selecting still Mahomed Saidov who in 19 years became the champion of Russia on a kickboxing. In a semi-final it overcame the sevenfold world champion, the most experienced 31-year-old Alexander Shamraya. Moreover – on the World Cup it executed the standard of the master of sports of the international class.

– And finally, over what elimination of a problem, in your opinion, the collective should work more carefully?

– We need to make high-quality breakthrough forward in game sports. I did everything in order that there we had a good trainer's composition but while the saltus doesn't manage to be made. On the other hand, victorious traditions come not directly: probably, after all we need some years to tighten the average level of commands in volleyball, basketball and soccer. If the winner of superiority of the republic can't become the winner of competitions of region level, that, probably, it is the first sign of that level of other commands raises. Means, we on the right track, and success of our commands in game sports not far off.
