Caloric content of a food allowance of athletes has to meet the standard standards. As for any additional requirements: now organizing committees have to place big emphasis on an extended coverage of a held sporting event in mass media and on television. Staginess, qualitative media advertizing, interest of big TV viewers – we have to aspire to it, for it we are called by the IOC. You, journalists, have to help us with it (smiles).

– Next year for the first time the World Cup among adult signs Tashkent how there is a preparation?

– We started preparing still a year ago, at this stage as speak, weekly we synchronize watches, we hold organizing committee meetings, we solve having problems. To accept the World Cup it always big responsibility, especially now when the attention of all sporting world is riveted on wrestling.

– By the way, Akhrolzhan Akhmetovich, lately in wrestling there were many events, starting with the resonant recommendation of executive committee the IOC to exclude wrestling from the program of the Olympic Games. For you it became surprise?

– Some days before the decision of members the IOC to us disturbing information that the question of an exception of wrestling from the Olympic program is considered arrived. Certainly, there was no wish to trust in it. Wrestling since antique times steadily was included into the obligatory program of the Olympic Games, and FILA based still in 1912, is one of the oldest and authoritative sports organizations in the world. Alas, in February executive committee the IOC nevertheless took out such recommendation. But wrestling had a chance to remain in the Olympic family: in May at the next meeting of executive committee in St. Petersburg seven sports, applying for inclusion in the Olympic program were considered, and it was important to us to be selected at the first stage and together with other two types to enter into a short list the IOC. For this FILA had to go on cardinal changes in wrestling economy. Time was catastrophically a little, but we proved that at the critical moment we can gather, accumulate our actions and potential, wrestlers – the organized and solid people. Each national federation, members of FILA Bureau made and continue to do everything possible for preservation of the Olympic status of wrestling. As you know, in St. Petersburg wrestling in the first round of vote provided itself a victory, having collected 8 votes of members of executive committee from 14. Now in September in Buenos Aires at session the IOC from three recommended sports will choose one discipline which will be included into the Igr-2020 program. We believe that wrestling will be this look.

– After February executive committee the IOC in Thailand the special session of FILA Bureau at which Raphael Martinetti was displaced from a post of the president was called. In your opinion, it would be correct if Mr. Martinetti voluntary resigned and saved the face and a place in Bureau?

– I consider if he with all the heart supported our sport, the situation so far wouldn't come, it first. It was necessary to recognize openly: "Let the federation will be headed by the one who will be able to allow crisis, I will continue work in Bureau". It would be the man's act. I respect it as the person and very well him I treat, but at Martinetti's critical moment as the head, showed weakness, inability to perceive criticism, soberly to see things. Nervous attacks on objective criticism instead of business conversation and the sober analysis of a situation don't paint the head.

– At vote for removal of a vote of no confidence of Martinetti all solved one voice, let us assume, on its results it kept the post to what it could lead?

– Then, this my opinion, in St. Petersburg we would remain behind a board.

– The former head of FILA not concordant with the decision of Bureau, submitted the claim to Sports arbitration court in Lausanne.

– It incorrectly arrived, the Bureau is always ready on dialogue, it is necessary to resolve issues peacefully, without any claims, vessels. It is necessary to perceive adequately current situation and to look for compromises for the sake of the wrestling future, instead of blindly to follow personal ambitions.

– FILA during the difficult period were headed by Nenad Lalovich.

– Lalovich managed that Martinetti in 12 years didn't work well in 3 months. It found contact, a common ground about the IOC. Nenad Lalovich from a family of diplomats and the good diplomat, knows some languages. Is able to listen and correctly to lead up the thoughts to wide audience.

– Why for closer cooperation not to invite to the World Cups and Asia members the IOC. It would be interesting to the Olympic officials and the main thing is useful to penetrate into wrestling subtleties, to learn sport philosophy, to examine national color and culture of the countries in which FILA holds competitions.

– It would be very correct. They could be convinced visually as far as wrestling is popular around the world, and, speaking about wrestling, first of all would remember the tribunes hammered to the full.

– Last changes in rules to you to liking?

– New edition of rules which will be finished still, already has the main basic changes – two periods for three minutes and the through account in wrestling. Former rules allowed to win wrestling and thanks to influence of random factors, as, for example, a blind lot or private opinion of the arbitrator. – With huge interest the UEFA Cup final in Tbilisi looked. I will tell you so: today the history of the Kazakhstan sports is quite rich. There are many unique athletes – Olympic champions, winners of world championships, and sports in Kazakhstan always developed and gave worthy people. But that made today the president of club Kayrat Orazbekov, colleague Bekzat Sarmanov and their team, simply invaluably. They laid the foundation for victories for all Kazakhstan soccer. I think if this undertaking is picked up by the others, the nice history of big victories won't interrupt in your country never. Today these people show a model of the correct management in the field of an elite sport. Soccer is a command sport where the result depends on everyone, instead of on one leader. This ability to work together also made "Kayrat" the best club. And this happiness for the Kazakh people and if today many don't understand, in five years of these people who won the Cup of the European champions, will look for with a request to help. After all they glorified a name not club, the president, and all country. I always say that any state learn through the personality. – The gold medal of the UEFA Cup has to be equated to the Olympic medal. This my opinion, as person who understands sports. And all this misunderstanding only for the time being. A lot of things here depend on you journalists. You have to present correctly all importance of this victory to the people. After all you do a lot of things for image of the country. As for conversations that "Kayrat" won these awards only thanks to legionaries, I so will tell you: Brazilians it is necessary to buy too on mind. The structure of "Dynamo" was completed only by foreigners, and at "Barcelona" at all the national team of the world played. And after all to them the correct approach is necessary.
