As there are preparations for so significant action, and also from the world of art of a flexible way the correspondent of "joint venture" asked the executive director of the Belarusian federation of judo Valeria  MARTYNOVIChA on other news:

— To carry out рандори at the proper level for us a point of honor. Nevertheless visitors to our country for trainings in "Flocks" in many respects make impression about Belarus how them here accept. Besides, the qualitative sparring and if something goes not so is constantly necessary for the Belarusian wrestlers, judo stars hardly will have a desire here to return, so, interests of the national team will suffer.

But in general, if to judge on responses of guests of the past years, they remained are happy with that welcome which to them here was accorded. A food, accommodation — all top-level.

Today the participation was confirmed by representatives of 20 countries of the world: about three hundred athletes and instructors. It without considering our "collections" and representatives of regions. Invited the best trainers and their pupils from all areas of Belarus. It is sure that for them it will be very much a wealth of experience which, undoubtedly, will be demanded by them.

— At what stage there is a preparation?

— To try to consider all nuances which can arise, the working group is created. All involved services participated in it. The last meeting took place literally on the eve of our conversation. Serious defects aren't present, it was necessary to put the finishing touches that is called. It is sure, as this time рандори will deserve the appreciation from representatives of the international structures. But for us if it is honest, the most important that results of the international training camp benefited domestic athletes.

— At the end of the past year the wheel of federation had a known athlete in the past, and nowadays businessman Vladimir Yaprintsev. What changed during this time?

— Changes happened and in other structures of federation. The presidium structure, however part of workers was updated was left for observance of the principle of continuity. There is a work on improvement of work of the relevant commissions. Now, in the conditions of process of optimization and reforms which go at full speed, our public association can't simply stand aside from the solution of problems with development of our sport. We try to assume their decision. In general, Vladimir Gennadevich — the person very keen, loving and knowing wrestling. Both sambo, and judo. He finds for the solution of problems a lot of personal time, helps finance, shows own example as it is important to be attracted the person.

— While it isn't enough reasons for pleasure...

— Nevertheless we try to use our best efforts to provide growth of results of our athletes, according to recently accepted program of development that Belarusians fully equipped approached to selection on the Olympic Games in Rio and acted there properly. Unfortunately, this year in the European championship our wrestlers appeared without medals. But nevertheless I will note that this year at stages of the Cup of Europe and other top tournaments by our athletes of various age it is won 10 gold, as much silver and 17 bronze medals. It encourages. The main thing — not to lose these future stars upon transition to adult sports, to help them to open rich potential. If it manages to be made, we are waited by very good prospects.

— Absence of medal results at elite level, probably, not the only problem...

— Certainly, one of the major tasks was and remains — increase in number engaged and creation for them comfortable conditions. Especially it concerns sections in regions. Not a secret what exactly from the small cities and villages to us goes the main inflow of talented youth.

For this purpose we make very considerable efforts. By means of sponsors we buy new tatamis, a kimono which then disperse on regions. We try to hold seminars for instructors that they were aware of tendencies in world judo.

I saw a lot of things on the century. I protected honor of the republic at allied competitions, I executed the standard of the master of sports for sambo. Fought and on judo. I became the master of sports of the USSR. 35 years I worked in law-enforcement bodies, I participated in accident elimination on the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station. I can tell that sambo and judo occupations very much helped me with many situations. I hope, as for those who now takes the first steps on a tatami, wrestling will be the good assistant.

— Now at all levels say that it is necessary to conduct search of off-budget sources of financing actively much...

— We conduct work in this direction. The benefit people enough willingly go to us towards. And not only from Belarus. So, the help recently came from Russia. At the expense of the raised funds helped to buy a tatami of Goretsky agricultural academy where the judo section to Suvorovsky school was from scratch organized. Recently, as you know, opened office of Japanese wrestling in one of sport schools of Borisov, at them the dzyudoistsky boom so ask to help with stock began. Certainly, we won't leave them without support.

— How the solution of a question on opening of a specialized hall of judo in Grodno moves ahead?

— Unfortunately, in this question there are certain problems. Within three years we try to solve this "rebus", left with offers to executive power of area, but, unfortunately, while it is ineffectual. Perhaps, if to lift a problem on "joint venture" pages, it will affect a final decision of a question. Especially as in the region gifted athletes, including suffice those who shows good results at the international level. There is also a tatami, to lay which while there is no place.

— Probably that interests of the national team also are in sight of public association...

— We do everything possible in order that our national team also felt comfortably by preparation for various tournaments. In particular, now, when the national team trains in sport center of Armed forces of Republic of Belarus in Uruchye, helped with repair, replaced lighting, equipped the massage room. Constantly we get vitamins and other pharmacology for their needs. Due to the sponsor's help and thanks to Vladimir Yaprintsev the team has opportunity to be engaged in one of the capital sports and improving centers of the capital where to their services modern exercise machines. Since recent time they have an opportunity to go on English language courses. Nevertheless today the high quality athlete has to be able to communicate not only in the native language.

— How estimate a situation in a national team?

— As far as I can judge, with arrival of new head coach Mahomed Ramazanov in the main team of the country the business working atmosphere was established. The firm hand of this person is felt not only in words, but also in practice. System approach is felt. I hope that its rich trainer's experience will help our judoists to return on former heights.

Behind there were unclear squabbles, dismantlings, squabbles... Active steps on restoration of former reputation of female judo are taken. Affairs go not so excellent as it would be desirable, but diligence for instructors of the national team, among which such skilled master as Natik Bagirov, not to borrow.
