Last Sunday some tens healthy men decided to check the nose bridges, fists and spirit on durability, having met in rigid fights within the IX tournament on the mixed single combats with the speaking name "Day of Pain".

One of participants of this tournament, the representative of SC "Mobilization" – Timofey Vedernikov. We tracked trainings of the fighter on the eve of the Day of Pain tournament, and, running forward, say, that didn't lose in a choice of the hero …

There will be three years as the simple, 19-year-old guy with the North Timofey, is engaged in the mixed single combats in the spring. Probably, term not the most solid, but behind the back of the young man – serious school.

Timofey: I was engaged in nothing, and the friend brought me into fight section. It was pleasant and I remained.

With 5 on 11 classes I was engaged at myself in the city, and then I arrived here, to Yekaterinburg. Half a year still I worked and I went to mix fight.

Searches of new and unusual feelings brought Timofey from Greco-Roman wrestling into the mixed single combats.

Timofey: In fight there are no blows, there is a Greco-Roman wrestling on hands in a rack and orchestra seats, there it is impossible to grab feet. It is possible to win fight only at the expense of force and equipment.

To me there was not that that it is boring, simply there was a wish to try, so to speak, new role.

On life a profession Timofey chose not less courageous. Now he studies as the firefighter, justifying the choice that lawyers and managers is too much – any variety.

Though from the young man it would turn out well about - about - very convincing lawyer.

Timofey: I already won some tournaments "Day of Pain". In general, as I didn't have those significant victories – all main fights still ahead. But I will celebrate a victory in tournament on the mixed single combats of White Rex "Spirit of the Soldier" in Chelyabinsk. After that triumph I received the invitation to final tournament to Moscow.

Timofey: Each victory was given differently: happened simple, and happened also difficult when it was necessary to fight to the last.

I don't carry myself to professionals, for me it still a high step into which over time I will try to step. It is necessary to train, win, plow, plow and to plow only!

On the eve of competitions Timofey carried out the most intensive trainings, but without increase in hours.

Timofey: I tightened blow, endurance, orchestra seats. I was engaged it is more aimed at competitions, it was adjusted. Especially I needed to tighten shock equipment. I can strike, of course, but it would be desirable better. There is no limit to perfection: it is necessary to tighten everything – the speed, force, blows.

"I am always ready", – with these words Timofey and went on competitions.

The wrestling past has on the first fight an effect: he tried to transfer as soon as possible fight to orchestra seats, and, being on a carpet, to adopt an initiative, to crush the rival under itself.

The first fight – fast and easy.

The subsequent fights too came to Timofey easily: without blood and even bruises.

Other participants were lucky slightly less: a number of sparrings came to an end with knockouts, and not each participant could recover and realize at once defeat, and especially independently leave a carpet.

Timofey: I had injuries, certainly. How without them? But, thank God, everything did without serious mutilations. It is necessary to warm up well before each fight, проминать all joints and muscles.

Timofey had to carry out semifinal fight twice: after the first defeat the rival submitted the appeal, and it was approved.

In repeated fight, some seconds later since its beginning, Timofey laid again the opponent – our guy in the final!

Timofey: In MMA a lot of things are solved by character and will power. When you take on suffocating, and you can't any more, you feel that it is necessary to be given, but you understand that if you will give up, you will lose. You to the last fight, you won't fall asleep yet while the judge won't whistle, you resist, you suffer and you leave from this suffocating.

In the final Timofey met the partner in club.

Usually in such meetings everything is solved by fight. It is very difficult to acquaintances and friends to hit each other into a face from all force therefore fight mutually turns into fight, in which at Timofey enormous experience. Audience not really loves such fights: the action, a fight, blood and dynamics is necessary. Generally, all as in Ancient Rome.

Anyway, but the early victory was won by Timofey Vedernikov, is technical and accurate that for MMA even it is strange, having laid all rivals.

Then judges admitted that on tournament Timofey proved as very cool, collected and as it isn't paradoxical, the intelligent fighter.

Timofey: I at all supporter of violence. On the street I don't want to fight precisely. I try to solve all conflicts conversation. A fight has to be only on a ring.
