The champion of BAMMA in lightweight and one of the best European easily scales, Mansur Barnaui, was traumatized, and won't be able to take part in a title duel with Musa Hamanayev on the M-1 Challenge 45 tournament which will take place on February 28 in St. Petersburg. Matchmeykeram of the organization wasn't succeeded to find suitable replacement in so short terms therefore it was decided to organize within the planned action not title fight with participation of Hamanayev which didn't want to stand idle without duels because of a trauma of the rival.

The Ukrainian fighter Vladimir Nikolaev, in which asset a rank of the master of sports on fighting sambo, a cup of Ukraine on fighting sambo and a prize-winning place in the fighting sambo European championship becomes Hamanayev's opponent in this fight. Its professional record consists of ten victories and the only defeat, thus any of duels with participation of Nikolaev didn't demand the judicial decision, and a victorious series at present consists of nine fights finished сабмишнами in the first round. In spite of the fact that Musa Hamanayev is considered the obvious favourite in this duel, Vladimir Nikolaev looks very interesting prospectus with high potential.

As for a title duel between Musa Hamanayev and Mansur Barnaui, it, most likely, will be postponed for one of the spring M-1 Challenge tournaments. Exact date will be declared as soon as terms of recovery of Mansur Barnaui become known.
