In Tyumen took place the international tournament on the mixed single combats "the Cup of Western Siberia" . In a duel by rules MMA in category to 70 kg the local athlete Mikhail Balakirev a technical knockout got the best of Nikita Kochetkov from Moscow.

- From the first round I was adjusted to act in an aggressive key. I am glad that in a duel with Kochetkov I managed to realize all the plans into reality. Originally I had to come to a ring against other rival who couldn't arrive to Tyumen. Therefore it is worth paying tribute of courage of Kochetkov, agreed to take part in "the Cup of Western Siberia", without having a lot of time for preparation, - Balakirev in conversation with the correspondent of ASN "Tyumen Arena" told.

- There are fighters in MMA which you admire?

- Idols never was, but I always admired such great fighters, as Fyodor Emelyanenko and Alexander Shlemenko.
