Bad news came from the USA. The winner of the reality show TUF 18 Juliana Penya during preparation for a duel against Jessica Andrade was traumatized a knee and left structure of participants of the UFC 171 tournament.

Penya (5-2) was traumatized on Monday during training on a grappling. The girl damaged, except other, ACL, MCL, LCL (various ligaments of a knee – ValeTudo.ru comment) and a meniscus. It is expected that next Thursday in Los Angeles a knee joint operation will be performed on it.

Despite gravity of a trauma, doctors expect restoration full operability of the right knee of Juliana after operation and the rehabilitation period.

For Penye's replacement there is Raquel "Rokki" Pennington (4-3), one more graduate of TUF 18. Tournament will take place on March 15 on the American Airlines Center arena in Dallas, the State of Texas.
