On December 7 in the city of Taganrog there was a significant event! For the first time in this city the All-Russian tournament on the mixed single combats among the Russian fighters was held. And its organizers tell the name of the championship for themselves. The public association "Kolovrat" by in common all-Russian movement "For Honour and Advantage", long ago conceived to hold this event and the main problem was with the name as it had to will be remembered that in consequence to hold tournaments regularly and under one brand.

Besides, it had to correspond to a spirit of the age when over all country there is a development of the Russian movement and self-understanding. Having in my opinion called the White Wolves tournament, organizers hit the spot. It just in the spirit of all patriotic clubs across all immense Russia, training it is exclusively fighting Slavic appearance.

According to the known trainer of martial arts and the leader of the movement "Kolovrat" Dmitry Davydov, "To us, Russians, bothered to see that many championships of single combats in Russia became similar to tournaments of fighters from the North Caucasian republics. Really we have no our, Russian fighters, capable to win on the arena? ". Having understood that the authorities of the country aren't really interested in a raising of spirit of the Russian-speaking population, Dmitry with the colleagues, decided to develop such competitions.

Tournament took place in SC "Metallurgist" at the full notice. "Apple had no place to fall", so it there were interesting duels. Audience keeping the eyes glued, looked at fighters who fought, without feeling sorry for the forces and showing everything, on what they are capable. The slogan, to be exact "Russians Forward" championship appeal, brought together the best fighters from fan movements, and also sports clubs of Rostov-on-Don, Azov, Taganrog, Moscow and Stavropol.

Fine duels soldiers from clubs of "Company", "Unity", "Kolovrat" showed, "the Russian Legion", and also the "White Warrior" and "Restrukt teams".

The first prize of tournament - the Champion belt and a monetary award, was taken away by the fighter from "Company" fan club - Repnikov Sergey, having won against a knockout, the hardest fight, the champion of the CIS Dmitry Surnev.

Upon termination of the championship it became known that the following five tournaments for 2014 are approved, first of which will take place on March 1, 2014. It became possible after potential sponsors and representatives of city administration, were convinced that the championship is interesting and bears only good undertakings, promoting sports development among youth of Russia, Evgeny Mikhaylov writes.
