At first in fight for bronze athletes in weight to 66 kilograms Sergey Morozov from Kazakhstan and Russian Albert Shagenov met. It was very intense and long duel. Not once of the judge stopped time because of disputable situations and violations of the rules. As a result a victory gave to the athlete from Russia. Fight for a gold medal took place between Azerbaijanian Vugar Karimovym and Ukrainian Andrey Reznik and was not so fascinating, as fight for bronze. The sure victory was won by the fighter from Azerbaijan.

Vugar Karimov:

– Certainly, not easy was to win, especially Russian athlete Albert Shagenov the second duel, but I was helped very much by the trainer: and in preparation, and here I supported strongly. And I very much wanted to win. I went here only behind a victory.

Then passed duels in weight category to 77 kilograms. In fight for the third place Alexander Vysotsky and Romanian Aurel Pirtea met the athlete from Ukraine. Unlike previous, this duel ended where quicker. On the first minute the Ukrainian made decisive reception, won fight and won a bronze medal. Fight for gold took place between Russian Mahomed Aldiyev and Dmitry Kapmaryom from Moldova. In difficult fight the rank of champion Igr was won by Aldiyev.

Mahomed Aldiyev:

– It was very heavy to win today because I didn't train two weeks. Despite it, to me entrusted participation in tournament and provided the right to represent our country. And I am happy that didn't bring anybody. Victory I want to devote to the younger sister Milan.

Finished competitions on панкратиону athletes in the heaviest weight category — 84 kilograms. At first in fight for bronze on a carpet there was the athlete Moldova Pavel Pokatilov and Romanian Sorin Florea. Their fight was short and dramatic. On the 20th second the Ukrainian made forbidden in pankration a punch in the head and was disqualified, the Romanian athlete got bronze. In a final duel Gugov and Ukrainian Sergey Guzev met the Russian Islam. Difficult fight came to the end only in 5 minutes, the victory on points was won by the athlete from Ukraine.

– Impressions weight. For many years work and trainings – and here it, long-awaited result. Certainly, very difficult the ending turned out. I finished all previous fights ahead of schedule. And here the skilled rival got. But I am very glad that it was succeeded to win.
