"I very much, overstrained and wore out many years. I never extended about the traumas only because didn't want that future opponents knew my weak places.

Traumas after all finished me. I didn't leave in a cage healthy since a meeting with George Saint-Pierre, and it was in 2005. Since then I came with a serious trauma for each fight, practically bar none (For the last years Sherk faced a rupture of humeral muscles, foot dislocation, a rupture of knee sheaves, hernia of intervertebral disks and many other traumas - an editor's note).

Traumas is one of making parts of these sports. It is intended for young, and it is impossible to remain in it forever. I too often came for fight, being injured, and I don't want to act and further. I still want to fight but only if I is healthy for hundred percent", - Sherk told.
