Today for participation in the championship submitted the applications, more than 120 athletes on 6 weight categories from all Kazakhstan.

"I want to note that on the basis of this championship the national team which will go in October to Russia on the World Cup which will be held under the auspices of the world association MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) will be created.  We will make everything that our athletes had opportunity to come to world level.  The whole world knows successes of Kazakhstan in boxing, know that we have a strong fight.  And here global eminent stars in the mixed single combats while aren't present, but I think that we will correct this situation" — the vice-president of Republican federation of the mixed types of single combats for regional development Asylbek Dyusenov.
