In a Year of sports in Altai Republic the administration of the Chemalsky area developed the municipal target program on sports development in the area, one of the directions of this program is development on the basis of Yubileyny fitness center of martial arts.

At present more than 150 people are engaged in different types of fight. For increase of level of preparation of athletes administration of the Chemalsky area together with municipal autonomous authority Yubileyny fitness center repeatedly held competitions of various level.

On July 27, 2013 Chemal at new stadium "Yunost" passed tournament in the village on the mixed single combats "the Cup of Sartakpaya". As organizers of this sports show acted administration of the Chemalsky region of MAU SOCIAL "Anniversary", Mikhail Sidarchuk (the master of sports on fighting sambo, the numerous winner and the prize-winner of Siberian federal district) and Alexey Danilov.

Competitions in this format in Altai Republic happened for the first time, besides sports competitions show elements - a fire show, speeches of leading actors of the Chemalsky area, demonstration of aerobatic maneuvres and many other things were used. The best athletes of Altai Republic took part in "a cup of Sartakpaya". Five masters of sports on fighting sambo: Rustam and Abdoul Aliyev (Chemal), Vyacheslav Irtamayev, Oscar Dolchin, Victor Slabodchikov (Gorno-Altaisk), the candidate for the master of sports Artem Zhukov, the master of sports on Greco-Roman wrestling Alexander Legostayev (Shebalino), the candidate for the master of sports Kayrat Maymanov (Gorno-Altaisk), and also athletes from Omsk, Novosibirsk areas, Barnaul, Biisk among which as there are masters of sports, KMS, prize-winners and  winners of competitions and tournaments of various level. Tournament brought together more than 800 viewers.

Tournament visited the deputy minister by training and youth policy A.A.Kurmatov, Gennady Tuyanin (the veteran of sports, the trainer), Alexander Byvakin (the master of sports on sambo, the champion of the USSR among youth and Armed forces of the Russian Federation), Evgeny Popov (the master of sports on Greco-Roman wrestling, the repeated winner of superiority of Russia, quadruple winner El Oyyn), Yury Manyshev (the master of sports on Greco-Roman wrestling, the twofold champion of a prevenstvo of Russia, the specialist in sports of the Ust-Kansky area). With welcome speech to participants of competition the president of the Olympic council of Altai Republic A.E.Telesov acted, handed over the letter of thanks from committee of physical culture and sport of RA to the participant of tournament to a chemalets to Artem Zhukov, the Certificate of honor of the State Meeting — El RA Kurultai to Mikhail Sidorchk for personal sporting achievements in sports and sports development in RA and the Chemalsky area.

The course of tournament was constructed as follows: two fights on a kickboxing, two on the fighting sambo, four fights on the mixed martial arts. Winners became:

Kickboxing: lightweight was won by the athlete from Barnaul Dmitry Mamontov; fight in the weight of 90 kg where athletes from Barnaul Leon Antonyan and Vladimir Petrov from Novosibirsk acted ended with a draw.

Fighting sambo: in fight in the weight of 60 kg met Vyacheslav Irtamayev and Alexander Legostayev, a victory won V. Irtamayev, in the weight of 74 kg. In fight between Rustam Aliyev (Chemal) and Ivan Suvorin (Novosibirsk), won R. Aliyev.

In fights on the mixed fighting single combats: the weight of 60 kg in equal fight of athletes from Gorno-Altaisk Oscar Dolchin and Victor Slobodchikov was won by O. Dolchin, in the weight of 70 kg of Abdoul Aliyev (Chemal) won against Ilya Nikishin from Omsk, Kayrat Maymanov (Gorno-Altaisk) won against Arthur Atayev the weight of 90 kg from Biisk, resident of Novosibirsk Nikita Gusev won over 90 kg against the resident of Gorno-Altaysk Artem Zhukov.

Promoting of the mixed single combats and healthy lifestyle promotion among the population was the purpose of this action. Winners and prize-winners awarded with cups, medals and monetary prizes. From administration of the Chemalsky area the prize for the most beautiful fight - the liquid crystal TV which was received by Nikita Gusev was founded. Sponsors of tournament were: administration of the Chemalsky area, MAU SOCIAL "Anniversary", Mikhail Sidarchuk, Alexey Danilov, Yu.A.Kasyanov SP, Yu.I.Surtayev SP, Shcherbakov, Maxim Fefelov, Igor Chulunov, Dmitry Zhutyaykin's SP, night clubs "Shambhala", "Pyramid", regional public organization "Altai Aero", Altai business company and many others.
