Let's remind, the history originates from debuts of Habib on the PROFC tournaments. He acted as the invited athlete and won a victory behind a victory.

  After the first successful performances within the PROFC tournaments the management of promotion estimated talents of the young fighter, and signed the long-term contract.  

In total Habib carried out 6 successful fights within PROFC promotion then the management knew that behind the back of the organization Nurmagomedov signed the contract with the American management.

  In turn, the fighter in various information sources of mass media completely disproved any contract obligations, insisting only on the oral arrangement.

Respectively, after these statements the management of PROFC took measures for establishment of legal truth in this question.

  Meanwhile, the American organization which has signed of Habib, without waiting settlements of dispute between the fighter and his contract obligations to PROFC promotion, I sent the athlete to act on the UFC tournament. As a result the court passed the decision in favor of PROFC, and the claim for foul of terms of the contract concerning Habib Nurmagomedov was satisfied.

  This example obviously shows that the actions connected with foul of the contract and a rupture of the relations to please of personal benefit, are always blamed and punishable. In the world of sports there are legal, legal and purely human norms, and the neglect them will surely lead to such deplorable consequences.
