Three months ago we reported that UFC easily weight, Melvin Gillard, will appear before the court on charge of attack.

Incident happened in 2010 in New Mexico, and included five episodes. On two of them easily weight was recognized earlier innocent, and three and remained not resolved. Yesterday it became known that Gillard was found guilty on two episodes, and sentenced to conditional term. As a result, the fighter received two years of a trial period, and will be under supervision till June 25, 2015. Besides, it has to fulfill 40 hours at public works and pay a legal cost.

Let's remind that Mek Dantsig whom they will meet on July 27 on UFC on Fox 8 in Seattle becomes Gillard's following opponent.
