Tragic incident happened on Tuesday, June 11, in one of houses of the inhabited array "Gurdzhulug"  in the Azerbaijani city of Hardalan. 

Neighbors of the 34-year-old athlete found his body hanging on a drainpipe opposite to the apartment where  Mamed-oglu Ashurov lived with a family. Neighbors reported about an event to the brother of the victim who also was at home.

Allegedly, the unstable psychological condition of the victim could become the reason of suicide. To Mamed-oglu Ashurov consisted on the account in a psychiatric clinic. In addition he was disturbed by problems with health: shortly a foot operation was coming it.

The former champion of Eurasia on a kickboxing was compelled to leave sports when in Federation of sports of Azerbaijan it became known of its problems with drugs and the law.

Three days ago in Azerbaijan Akhad Radzhabli made самоубийствочемпион the world on judo and sambo. Past Saturday June 8 the 51-year-old master of sports was hung up on the own black belt received for achievements in martial arts.
