The Vladivostok athletes passed training in the Brazilian ju-jitsu in the USA

Athletes of the Vladivostok club of the mixed single combats "Alexander Nevsky" became the first representatives of Far East school of martial arts who passed three-week training and received certification for the Brazilian ju-jitsu in known American club "Koronado" in San Diego.

Brazilian ju-jitsu (port. Jiu-Jitsu Brasileiro) — martial art and the international combat sport which basis is fight in orchestra seats, and also painful and suffocating receptions. Roots of the Brazilian ju-jitsu conduct to our neighbors, to Japan. In 1914 of Mitsuyo Maed — the master of Japanese judo and the best specialist in fight in orchestra seats — arrived to Brazil where located for some next years.

Maed's school received popularity and development thanks to brothers of Greysi who opened branches in Rio de Janeiro, and, respectively, the school began to be called as school of the Brazilian ju-jitsu. Now practically all leading fighters of the known world MMA and UFC series have high classification by the Brazilian ju-jitsu and even black belt.

The Vladivostok athletes Roman Romanov and Alexander Tsyngot took a full course of training with daily two times trainings. The American experts highly appreciated physical and moral level of preparation of the Russian fighters. And our fighters too shared the secrets in shock equipment of conducting fight.

The chief specialist of Koronado school Aaron Hernandes having a black belt and registered in the International federation of IBJJF, after certification of the Russian athletes handed over Alexander Tsyngota a blue belt on the Brazilian ju-jitsu. It is the first "official" blue belt which was received by athletes from Primorye.

Now representatives of club of the mixed single combats "Alexander Nevsky" will be able to hold training Brazilian ju-jitsu seminars and to develop this popular type of single combats in the Far East Russia.
