Results of the first open republican tournament on free-style wrestling on prizes of world champions and Europe of Olga and Natalia Smirnovykh

On March 6 in DYuSSh No. 1 of Novocheboksarsk took place the first open republican tournament on free-style wrestling among girls on prizes of world champions and Europe of Olga and Natalia Smirnovykh . More than 100 young sportswomen took part in wrestling for medals from the cities of Kosterevos (Vladimir region), Nizhnekamsk, Mamadysh, Tetyusha (Republic of Tatarstan), Moscow, Ulyanovsk, Cheboksary, Novocheboksarsk, Kanash and Batyrevsky, Vurnarsky, Kanashsky, Red Army, Marposadsky, Cheboksary, Urmarsky areas.

At opening ceremony of guests and participants of competitions the first deputy minister of physical culture, sports and tourism of the Chuvash Republic Alexey Yakovlev, the deputy head of administration of the city of Novocheboksarsk Marina Solovyeva, the vice-president of Federation of free-style wrestling of the Chuvash Republic Vladimir Semenov, the Deserved master of sports of Russia, world champion Olga Smirnova welcomed.

Medals played in 16 weight categories among girls of 1999-2000 and 2001-2002 year of birth. All winners and prize-winners of tournament are awarded by medals, diplomas and prizes.
