Last Sunday March 9 in capital Shopping center "Arena-City" passed next, become already traditional, tournament on Cities battle Greco-Roman wrestling. As the organizer of tournament the wrestling club "Lyutichi" and OO" BFB" acted.

In total 70 young wrestlers of 2000-2002 year of birth, representatives of all areas of Republic of Belarus and the city of Minsk took part in start.

The director of wrestling club "Lyutichi" Vitaly Stanevich tells about idea of emergence of tournament:

— The Lyutichi club is more than two years old, it was organized for implementation of the "Development of Social and Psychological Maintenance of Training of Young Wrestlers" project together with chair of psychology of the Russian state social university. This project included children of 2000 - 2002 year of birth on whom all necessary tests, analyses, genetic inspection were carried out.

Problems which accompany today wrestling were revealed, it appeared:   the low motivation — sports heavy, demands persistent work and serious self-restrictions, low resistance to a stress at the children, poorly expressed genes of aggression at ethnic Belarusians is thus accompanied by low level of a commercial demand.   Today it is possible to observe traditionally explosive wrestling of the Caucasian region which, possessing the expressed gene of aggression, successfully reap crops of medals in this sport.   Viscous, long, "guerrilla" wrestling is more peculiar to Slavic temperament, respectively on the basis of conclusions on the conducted researches and planned all preparatory work of our club and work of trainer's structure. 

Slowly came to a conclusion that level of stability to a stress can be raised, and the format of this action was thought up: the Arena shopping center accepts wrestling competitions in this format the second year.

There are all necessary factors: a large number of visitors, noise, the audience aren't wrestling audience, these are the people visiting shopping center, respectively, there is no supporting circle of fans, unlike serious sports meets. Our young wrestlers come to a carpet, understanding that by there pass people with purchases and with surprise perceive the events therefore it is necessary to carry out serious internal work, to force itself to come to a carpet and to wrestling, despite of circumstances! And the tempered wrestling character steady against stresses is built up.

Competitions in similar hypermarket, it also attempt to increase popularity of wrestling: statistically hypermarkets are visited by about 10 000 people a day, our competitions take about five hours, about about five thousand people mean, passing by, become witnesses of the events, and sometimes and fans. Today in Belarus two large international tournaments, assembling serious audience: Oleg Karavayev's memories on Greco-Roman wrestling and on prizes A.V. The bear according to the manumission which are carried out in the Minsk Sports palace and is brought together by about 4000 viewers. As you can easily count, we assemble not less, and there is a strong wish to believe that it becomes a serious step in the wrestling development plan in the country: probably, parents will come from shop home and will tear off kids from computers and will bring into wrestling halls.

Event is held in the form of team competition, at the first stage in all areas qualifying tournaments were held, winners made teams and sent the representatives to our Cup which actually became a full-fledged Cup of Republic of Belarus among young men 2000-2002. Besides, on supervision, wrestling — is an individual sport therefore cases when itself I finished wrestling are frequent and went for a corner a roll to eat … When the team fights, all worry the friend about the friend, besides psychologically young collective becomes more solid and heat of spectator emotions amplifies with intrigue increase after each wrestling. Wrestling when the account starts skipping from one team to another becomes especially interesting and each wrestling becomes decisive.

Really, in confirmation of words of the trainer the spectator audience blew up emotions when in the final at the score 5:4 in favor of command of the city of Minsk for a carpet there was Kamil Novruzov and Nikolay Kamlyuk: Kamil accompanied by vigorous helps of a trainer's staff tried to capture the opponent, however Nikolay the first executed instructions of trainers of the rival and, having carried out a number of successful revolving objects — the score 5:5, however by quantity of flawless victories on "touch" and the gained points for the carried-out receptions, the team of Vitebsk area won. Thus, keeping high level of spectator interest until the last minute, organizers and participants of competitions pleased visitors of shopping center "Arena" with a bright show, showed high-speed wrestling sated with throws a deflection and setups, young wrestlers showed cascades of receptions (Ziya Aliyev and Ivan Shutov who have finished already the first period of wrestling in the final with the score 10:12), magnificent "touches" (Amir Ayik, Andrey Blinkovsky, Kamil Novruzov for getting into the final, Alexey Pekhota and Nikolay Kamlyuk in the final).

For increase in interest of spectator audience within competitions I passed display of models where young beauties pleased wrestlers and fans of a fashion show in dresses of the Belarusian producers, and subsequently received bunches of flowers from hands of the strongest representatives of last tournament – teams of winners, young wrestlers of Vitebsk area.

Vitaly Stanevich:

— Tournament assumes a prize fund which is handed over to directly young wrestlers of the won team, and also the permit to St. Petersburg on the international youthful tournament "Wrestling of the Cities" is played.

One more find: the Western and East divisions wrestling, in Western teams Brest, Grodno, the Minsk region and Minsk, and East — the Gomel, Vitebsk and Mogilyov areas are included. The logic is simple, during the systematic analysis revealed distinctions, as in characters of the western and east Belarusians, and at wrestling schools which are presented in various regions. Respectively wrestling between the regions united on a geographical sign, introduces serious innovations in training process, helps to accumulate experience and to transfer each other.

For ourselves we defined the purpose — to bring our wrestlers within carried-out experiment to the Olympic Games – 2018, it will be the junior Olympic Games first for them, we hope to see the wards on pedestals of future European championships, the world and the Olympic Games. For this purpose also we work!

Denis Redkin (32 kg), Ivan Shutov (35 kg), Maxim Uglov (38 kg), Nikita Bychkov (47 kg), Vasily Buglak (66 kg), Nikita Evseev (73 kg), Nikolay Kamlyuk (over 73 kg).

The second place on the Cup on prizes of Lyutichi club was taken by the team of Minsk headed by the trainer Kirill Fomenko, a line-up:

Vladimir Karpiyevich (32 kg), Pavel Kozlowski (35 kg), Ziya Aliyev (35 kg), Alexey Pekhota (38 kg), Eldar Gasanov (42 kg), Dmitry Zaretsky (47 kg), Ivan Shchegolev (47 kg), Artur Krivonos (53 kg), Daniil Skrigan (59 kg), Alexander Debelka (59 kg), Andrey Blinkovsky (66 kg), Amir Ayik (73 kg), Kamil Novruzov (over 73 kg).

The third place was taken by team of the Grodno region, in persistent wrestling overcome representatives of the Gomel region.

As within tournament there took place a command meeting on free-style wrestling between national teams of Republic of Belarus and Ukraine, Belarusians became winners.

And indicative wrestling on fighting sambo with participation of wrestlers of Sports Club "Liga": Masters of sports of the international class, the World champion of 2012, the silver prize-winner of the World Cup of 2013, the owner of a special award of FIAS for the will to win - Stanislav Kolabasov and the repeated prize-winner of a cup of Republic of Belarus on fighting sambo Pavel Kolesnikov.

It is necessary to recognize that the young Belarusian wrestler in a final duel with viteblyaniny Ivan Shutov kept the promise though the serious opponent showed the worthy resistance to Ziya's intention to pull out a victory active attacks on the first seconds of wrestling. As a result the Minsker had to show the rich arsenal of receptions estimated by judges on 14 points against 10 points of the opponent.

Alexey Pekhota, weight category to 38 kg, also defended honor of the Minsk team in final wrestling:

— 11 years, live on Volokh Street, I am engaged in wrestling from 10 years, itself by bus I come on trainings on Korolya Street, the trainer – Kirill Fomenko. I like to wrestling, but sometimes happens hard to tear off myself from the TV or to leave from the street where schoolmates walk, and to go to a hall to a carpet, it is necessary to force myself. With study normally, only not really I love mathematics. Too I read books, however, generally — at a lesson, and it is more site of the Belarusian federation of wrestling and in general all — about wrestlers. Recently were with friends on tournament on prizes A.V. Bear, there our wrestlers well fought. For what went for wrestling? ... To train, become strong and to win the Olympic Games!
