In Tyumen took place open championship of the city in Greco-Roman wrestling which was devoted to the Day of Defender of the Fatherland. On a carpet for medals of tournament young men of 1998-2000 year of birth argued.
Nearly one and a half hundred young athletes played prize-winning places in 13 categories. In six of them wrestlers of the Tyumen region took priority. In the category to 32 kg the victory was celebrated by Marat Nabiyev from Uvat, won the spectacular final of the pupil of local SDYuSShOR-3 Dmitry Devyatkov. Among young men to 54 kg gold was taken by the resident of Tyumen from sport school of the Olympic reserve "Surf" Kamran Muradov. Two awards of the highest test were won by children from Kaskara – Albert Abdulin (category to 63 kg) and Denis Vavulin (to 100 kg). In the category to 76 kg first place was won by the resident of Tobolsk Dzhanbulat Ramazanov. In category to 85 kg Norik Malkhasyan from the Tyumen SDYuSShOR-3 became the best.
Omskathletes, on which account – five victories showed productive fight. Alexander Ulishchenko, brothers Nigmatullin – Ramil and Ravil, Irlan Makhmudov and Georgy Hasletdinov caused a stir in the categories. Also main prizes deserved the resident of Surgut Emmin Pashayev (to 35 kg) and Musa Agilov from Yekaterinburg (to 38 kg).
In team championship of the competitions organized with support of city department on sports and youth policy of administration of Tyumen and regional federation of wrestling, among 11 national teams Omsk athletes won. Athletes of Tyumen took the second place. Representatives of Yekaterinburg showed the third result. The collective from Uvat, become to the fourth was close to the prize-winning three.
As the best wrestler of tournament recognized Malkhasyan who trains under the leadership of the skilled mentor Alexander Poprushko.
