Become already traditional tournament on Greco-Roman wrestling among young men and the adults, the "Ural" which have passed in the Orenburg sport center, brought together more than hundred athletes from different corners of our area, and also from Samara, Bashkiria and Tatarstan.

Competitions were held for the tenth time and were devoted to the 25 anniversary of a withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan.

The deputy of Legislative Assembly, the member of United Russia fraction Evgeny Susoyev - the president of Federation of wrestling of the Orenburg region, the gentleman of award FILA welcomed wrestlers.

- The most important - the Federation does everything to hold historical in remembrance, - Evgeny Denisovich told. - That the young generation knew who stood at the origins of wrestling and who accepts today relay. The day before, last Saturday, in Akbulake we held the same tournament with participation more than 300 people on free-style wrestling. And we also devoted it to a memorial - the 25 anniversary of a withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan.

Oleg Atamanov from the Novosergiyevsky area is engaged in wrestling  more than ten years. During this time the moneybox of awards of the candidate for the master of sports replenished with a set of medals of various advantage. For it these competitions - one more opportunity to prove.

Annually in our region more than two tens tournaments on wrestling  of various level are held. Today this sport obviously on lifting about what eloquently tell figures: only in recent years about ten thousand people joined wrestling in Orenburzhye.

And on last competitions the victory in the overall ranking was won by team of the Orenburg region.
