Superiority of the Novosibirsk region among juniors on Greco-Roman wrestling on Alexander Nevsky's Cup took place

In Novosibirsk the state architectural and construction university (Sibstrin) passed superiority of the Novosibirsk region among juniors on Greco-Roman wrestling on the Cup of the Saint blessed prince Alexander Nevsky. On blessing of the Metropolitan Novosibirsky and the Berdsk Tikhon the organizer of tournament the Aleksandro-Nevsky brotherhood of St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral acted with support of Department of physical culture and sport of the Novosibirsk region and chair of a physical education and university sports.

It already the second Greco-Roman wrestling competition among young men on the Cup of the Saint prince. The first took place exactly a year ago.

Athletes, trainers and the audience were welcomed by the first vice rector of university professor Stanislav Linovsky. "It is very pleasant to us, - Stanislav Viktorovich told, - that this superiority took place in university sport center. Our higher education institution is widely known not only scientific and educational, but also sports traditions. According to the first vice rector of university, it is very symbolical that in the organization of this tournament participates not only one Aleksandro-Nevsky brotherhood, but also wrestling Federation, and such secular establishments, as architectural and construction university. The Saint prince Alexander Nevsky was the defender of the earth of the Russian which incorporated many nationalities, many cultures and faiths, but is uniform and indivisible. And organizations absolutely different in character took part in organization of large sports tournament, but united by one good creative purpose.

"Saint Alexander Nevsky's cup assumes that winners of this tournament become not only strong a body, but also strong spirit", - Stanislav Linovsky noted.

The minister of the industry of the Novosibirsk region, the president of Novosibirsk Federation of wrestling Sergey Semka congratulated all on a sports festival present. He wished fair competition and objective refereeing, "that won against the strongest".
