The XVI annual international tournament "Memorial of Dave Schultz" will take place in the Olympic center of the USA to Colorado Springs, the State of Colorado. Competitions, will take place from January 30 to February 1 by three types of wrestling: Greco-Roman, free and female.

In the first day of tournament on Thursday January 30 to carpets there are wrestlers of the Greco-Roman style, "wrestlers" will compete on Friday January 31 and on Saturday February 1 will be representatives of female wrestling will act. Meetings begin at 22:00 on time of Astana.

This year on "Memorial of Dave Schultz " 23 teams from such countries, as will take part: Argentina, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Great Britain, Honduras, India, Israel, Côte d'Ivoire, Japan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Poland, Peru, Russia, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, USA and Uruguay. By tradition at the American tournament not bad structure of participants. In it both winners and prize-winners of the Olympic Games, World Cups and many others.

It should be noted that last year the national team of Kazakhstan on Greco-Roman wrestling on the international tournament "Memorial of Dave Schultz" won 2 gold and 4 silver medals having won as a result first place in an all-team competition. Almat Kebispayev and Doszhan Kartikov became winners in the weight categories then.
