This year part in tournament will be taken by 352 young men from Lithuania, Latvia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Belarus. 24 teams from different areas of Ukraine will compete also.

Tournament will last three days - till November 18. Will compete in two age categories: younger young men at the age of 10-12 years and cadets - 15-16 years. The chief judge of competitions - the judge of national category, the master of sports of the international class, the champion of Europe Ivan Kukushkin.
