Practically a year ago in village Torsky of the Konstantinovsky's regioncopened the sport club of Greco-Roman wrestling "Brosok"

Event, frankly speaking, extraordinary and unusual. Presently more and more culture and sports institutions in rural areas are on the verge of a survival, many of them generally stop the activities in view of a lack of financing. And here thanks to efforts of the founder of club Boris Bondarya at the disposal of children there was a restored sporting complex with the modern equipment. And these efforts didn't go to waste. The rural youth had a new method of pastime.

"Today in club "Brosok" 25 boys aged from 8 till 13 years are engaged in Greco-Roman wrestling, - Boris Bondar speaks. - Many of them already managed to win medals of different advantage at competitions both All-Ukrainian, and the international level".

And competitions for the past year collected not so a little. In total pupils of club "Brosok" took part in 26 competitions at which won 21 gold medals, 22 silver and 21 bronze.

The first tournament – the superiority on Greco-Roman wrestling of the Maryinsky region, passing at the end of September, 2012, brought two "bronze". The first medals in a moneybox of "Brosok" were brought by Stanislav Seleznev appearing in weight category of 26 kg, and Alexander Pogrebnov (35 kg).

As we see, the debut at competitions was given successful in spite of the fact that trainers remained not absolutely happy wards. The following tournaments showed that athletes not for nothing spill sweat decalitres on trainings, and with club "Brosok" began to reckon not only in Donetsk region and Ukraine, but also is far beyond its limits.

A month later after superiority of the Maryinsky region children should take part in the first international tournament in the city of Mironovka of Kiev region. Athletes took part in competition from Moldova, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. On this tournament wrestlers from Torsky took the three fifth and three fourth places and on the one first and second step of a pedestal. "Gold" in Pavel Bondarya's asset, "silver" was brought home by Artem Prikhodko.

After that the train of superiority, the championships and cups began to spin. The most distant from the native village tournament for "Brosok" took place in the middle of November of the past year in Surgut (The Tyumen region, Russia). Guys had to overcome by plane a way length more than in 3 thousand km.

"For certain this competition will be remembered to children for the rest of life, - Boris Grigoryevich continues. - We were met very warmly by organizers of "North stars", despite a bitter cold on the street (laughs). For us carried out a sightseeing tour, organized ice show and arranged the real Siberian bath. In a word, to complain there is nothing".

More than 180 athletes took part in competition from Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine. Each of four representatives Torsky took high places. So, Pavel Bondar (23 kg) and Andrey Shevchenko (63 kg) became the first in the weight categories, and Artem Novikov (38 kg) and Stanislav Seleznev (26 kg) won bronze medals.

After that wrestlers took part in the Cup of Donbass in Konstantinovka and in Kramatorsk tournament of memory of Alexey Vakulenko which results were similar. So, the Cup of Donbass brought in the "Brosok" moneybox the one first place, two silver medals and one "bronze", and Kramatorsk tournament - one "gold", two "silver" and one "bronze".

Last today tournament took place from May 31 to June 2 in Donetsk. In the international tournament which is carried out by Ruslan Khakimov, the champion of Europe on Greco-Roman wrestling, athletes from Moldova, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine took part. Torsky the club was represented by two athletes and one of them - Pavel Bondar - became the champion

In addition to victories on different tournaments trainers of children Denis Veprentsev, whose undoubted merits especially marked Boris Bondar, and Alexey Prikhodko can be proud and achievements of Andrey Seleznev who past year handed over standards on a rank of the candidate for the master of sports.

With each tournament results all become better and better. Now many trainers from other cities first of all are interested, whether athletes of "Brosok" then they light fire in eyes are declared on competition, after all against the strong athletes it is much more interesting to wrestling. Also children are selected not only victories on a wrestling mat, but also equipment - all athletes have identical jumpsuits with a club logo. So they can be learned from one thousand athletes. The bus with the put emblem adds a pattern.

Past week young athletes returned from collections on the southern coast of the Crimea in the city the Pike perch. Two weeks children combined business with pleasure - trained and had a rest. During this time guys laid the foundation for future victories. And victories, without any doubts, still will be. But "Brosok" was created not for achievement of good results on sporting arenas.

"Certainly, it is pleasant when children come from competitions to medals of different advantage, - Boris Bondar shares. - In the forefront we have a task: to bring up children self-sufficient, healthy persons. Occupations wrestling help them to harden not only an organism, but also character".

But, in spite of the fact that trainers are faced by the task of formation of the personality, instead of sports stars, they dream to grow up the champion of Ukraine, and further Europe and the world. Well and, naturally, a limit of achievements of any athlete - a victory on Olympic Games. Even if Greco-Roman wrestling will exclude from the program of competitions on the Olympic Games, and talks about it are had for several years, from this tragedies within the walls of "Brosok" won't do. After all, we will repeat, on the first place not victories, and care of leisure of children.
