As the champion of Ukraine on Greco-Roman wrestling Alexander Shishman told, in club of Greco-Roman wrestling of PAO "Azovmash" the intense situation lasts about two years. Wrestlers the behavior and style of operation of the high trainer of sporting club on the Greco-Roman wrestling doesn't arrange, the deserved master of sports, world champion Rustam Adzhi.

According to Shishman, "nobody gathers with him (Adzhi — an edition) to improve the relation, all are set up on that he wasn't the head coach of club". The athlete says that some wrestlers already left club because didn't want to sign the contract with this trainer. The reasons of misunderstanding explains simply: "Because nobody sees in it (Adzhi) of trainer's qualities any".

"All our collective against Rustam Ivanovich because absolutely incompetent attitude towards athletes", - is told by other wrestler Artem Petrov. According to him, if the athlete is injured, he is stimulated to pass rehabilitation at own expense.

Shishman claims that the trainer didn't release athletes, in particular, Vitaly Kononov, on selection round of the World Cup in wrestling in Romania. According to Shishman, Rustam Adzhi's personal motive became a cause of failure: "Probably, one world champion in Mariupol it is enough".

 "He told (Adzhi) to us: if you there go, you will return without operation", - Artem Petrov recalls.

The story is told also by athlete Vitaly Kononov: "One and a half years ago I was expelled from club because of Rustam Ivanovich personal ambitions". Afterwards Canons became the repeated prize-winner of Ukraine and returned to club, but too requires dismissal of the trainer.

As explained 0629 Rustam Adzhi, the manual of club assigned it the high trainer till 2016. After the championship of Ukraine and Azovmash cup a manual and trainers of club made the decision to update composition of wrestlers. "Decided to collect young perspective athletes", - Rustam told.

On July 7 at 12 of 24 wrestlers of club the contract ended. Including at Shishman, Kononov and Petrov. "Therefore them also didn't send to Romania to the World Cup. If they signed the new contract and executed all rules of club, they could go", - told Adzhi.

"Shishman in connection with big misconduct didn't participate in the European championship this year, Kononov even was dismissed for misconduct from club, but then it returned. And Petrov for 3-4 years doesn't show good results," - Rustam Ivanovich added.

But despite it the club is ready to work with these athletes. "They need to approach and sign the new contract for a year but only if they are ready to execute club rules, to observe discipline and an order", - told Adzhi.

"The trainer's composition made a final decision to say goodbye to Denis Zadachin, Oleg Slavko and Alexey Chekalenko. These athletes exhausted the opportunities and can't show good results. On their place will take the perspective young - Grushin, Surovyagin, Ogla and Udi. They will yield good results," - added Adzhi.
