Armenians from all Ukraine gathered in Zaporozhye

People's Deputies of Ukraine took part in meeting of "a round table" within conference of association of public organizations "Union of Armenians of Ukraine" which takes place today in Zaporozhye: Vilen Shatvoryan - the chairman of All-Ukrainian association of public organizations "Union of Armenians of Ukraine" and Evgeny Kartashov - the Honourable citizen of Zaporozhye, the chairman of regional council Victor Mezheyko, mayor Alexander Cyn, the head of department of the Public migratory service of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye area Alexander Kharin.

- For us a great honor to accept delegation from all Ukraine and to see such distinguished guests, - the chairman of "The union of Armenians" in the Zaporozhye area Mikhail Pavlov told to "Industrialka". - We have controversial issues which we resolve at this conference. Today we opened Sunday school on the basis of our church which is calculated on any age. At school will teach the Armenian language, traditions, to tell about culture of our people. Today we also visited children's hospital where equipped with all necessary two chambers. At a round table we plan to bring up a question of allocation in Zaporozhye the lands for creation of the Armenian cemetery. Is and many questions to migratory service, but all of them private character and will be considered at conference separately.

The People's Deputy of Ukraine Evgeny Kartashov noted that such large-scale meeting of Armenians in Zaporozhye will well be reflected in a rating of our city.

- In Zaporozhye high potential of friendship and a today's meeting once again it is put confirms, - Evgeny Grigoryevich emphasized. - It at us in roots, after all only on construction Dneprogesa was involved more than 62 nationalities.

Today, according to the chairman of regional council Victor Mezheyko, in the territory of the Zaporozhye area lives 140 nationalities and works 82 national cultural societies, but the Armenian society always was one of the most active.

Vilen Shatvoryan during conference awarded with certificates of honor "Union of Armenians of Ukraine" of the chairman of the Zaporozhye regional council Victor Mezheyko, the mayor of Zaporozhye Alexander Hsing, and also sports and public figures. To school students who well proved to be on the Olympic Games, hand over permits to nurseries improving camp. And to the prize-winner on Greco-Roman wrestling of the Beijing Olympic Games to Armen Vardanyan Vilen Shatvoryan from a name "Union of Armenians of Ukraine" I handed over flat keys.

- For me it is very touching moment which, I am sure, will serve as incentive for my further achievements, - Armen shared with "Industrialka".
