On June 17, near the building of the Stakhanov Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies at 9.30, before the beginning of 46 sessions of city council, took place picket of parents, children and trainers of two sports schools of the city — the Stakhanov Sports Child Junior School of the Olympic Reserve (SSCJSOR) and Stakhanov child junior sports school (No. 1 SDYuSSh)

The picketing demanded — for the purpose of optimization of an operating network of out-of-school educational institutions of a sports profile, creation of optimum conditions for development of existing sports in Stakhanov and improvement of sporting achievements of pupils, by ordering of sports offices which develop in the city — accessions of SSDYuShOR to SDYuSSh No. 1.

They explaining the position specified that and education of Stakhanov city council two are subordinated to department of education  child — junior sports schools: Stakhanov specialized child junior school of the Olympic reserve (director Spanchak Yu. I. ) and the Stakhanov child youthful is sports school No. 1 (director Dmitriev A. Century).

At both sports schools unreasonably there are offices of identical sports, (sports school —Greco-Roman wrestling , judo, track and field athletics, at SDYUSSH No 1 the same three look, and also basketball, volleyball, sports acrobatics, jumps on a trampoline) on which association repeatedly drew management of a family of youth and sports of Lugansk regional public administration and the profile Ministry of youth and sports of Ukraine (the letter of the Minister of youth and Safiullin R. S. sports No. with — 143/52 of 28.03.2013).

Besides, in DYuSSch№1 17 trainers-teachers (is what in service records have a record "trainer-teacher by the form sports"), with total of 565 pupils, in sports school — 9 trainers-teachers with total of 269 pupils work.

Six trainers of office of Greco-Roman wrestling — the employees

Sports schools, expressed desire to work in SDYUSSH No. 1, having refused extra charges to a salary for "specialization".

Thus, at dismissal on transfer from sports school in SDYUSSH No1 trainers — teachers of Greco-Roman wrestling — the sports school automatically loses the status of specialized school of the Olympic reserve and can't exist as the legal entity.

This draft decision — an optimum exit from the developed intense situation in the sphere of sports of the city of Stakhanov also will allow:

1 . To bring rational use of sports constructions of the city into accord;

2 . Effectively to spend city budget funds: on competitions also it is sports — mass work;

3 . Stabilizes morally — psychological climate in trainer - teaching collectives, at the sports public is Stakhanov's city, pupils, and their parents;

Because the child junior sports school No. 1 based in 1955, has no own training base for occupations of office of basketball, the Stakhanov specialized child junior school of the Olympic reserve is compelled to rent rooms at comprehensive schools of the city for which use additional allocation of allocations on compensation of all utility payments is necessary, thus, has the free areas which are used not effectively, according to the act of check of department of education and education of Stakhanov city council.

In too time it is necessary to notice that in the city there are people, including the trainer and parents, which against association SSDYuShOR to No. 1 SDYuSSh.

They claim that association of two sport schools is than not reasonable, rash and will do harm to prestige of the city, and will negatively affect younger generation education. After all as a result of such decision the city loses the sports face, the pride — Stakhanov specialized school of the Olympic reserve (Sports school) — forever as the new sports school created on the basis of SSDYuShOR won't be able to receive the status of school of the Olympic reserve, in a type of existence not the Olympic sports.

According to opponents of association, the Stakhanov sports school — is prestige of the city, it is the Stakhanov sports brand – widely known not only in the territory of Ukraine, but also in the neighbor and in foreign countries.

What is the Stakhanov sports school?

It:

- the first стахановчанин Champion Evropy,

- the first стахановчанин World champion,

- the first стахановчанин owner of the World Cup,

- the first стахановчанин participant of Olympic Games.

Not far off and the first Olympic Medal in Stakhanov.

The Stakhanov sports school created in 1990, on base to anybody the sports hall of technical training college unnecessary at that time, during the existence prepared and brought up:

3 — Deserved the trainer of Ukraine

8 — Masters of sports of the International class of Ukraine,

32 — Masters of sports of Ukraine,

112 — candidates for the Master of sports of Ukraine,

more 1б00 — athletes of mass sports categories.

22 pupils of Stakhanov sports school were a part of national teams of teams of Ukraine on sports.

Why to kill that the best that we have – opponents of association tell sports of schools of the city.

And finally I want to note that deputies didn't listen to voices picketing, and on 46 sessions of the City Council, passed right after the end of picket, and voted against the proposal of the deputy of city council of Kanakhina S. V. of concerning association of SSDYuShOR and SDYuSSh No. 1. pro association, only three deputies from 39 being present voted.

According to deputies, they don't see expediency in association of these schools. In their opinion, it is necessary not to close similar institutions, and on the contrary to develop them. Thus deputies of the City Council noticed that is very bad when in conflict between adults to be involved children.

But supporters of merge of two sports schools are adjusted resolutely and aren't going to be given, are ready to wrestling for the as they consider the right cause, all lawful ways, up to the hunger strike announcement.

That to state the civic stand within the law is an inalienable right of each citizen of Ukraine, and we will watch further peripetias of this wrestling, and to inform the city public.
