The Don United Russia party members called yesterday the candidates for choices for regional Legislative assembly and accepted an election program. In the party list there were 122 surnames called still during primaries completed in May. The principal opponents of local United Russia party members — communists and members of A Just Russia — promise to announce the lists and programs by the end of June beginning of July.

At the conference which have passed on June 19 of the Rostov regional separation of "United Russia" the final list of party candidates on future choices in the Don parliament became known.  In total in it 122 surnames — 92 according to the list and 30 — on one-mandatory districts appear.  For lists 411 delegates of conference voted, the majority of them expressed for, against only one person voted.

Following the results of conference the first three on the uniform constituency was headed by the governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev, the deputy of the State Duma Alexander Kaminsky — rather known in the field of people, a kind from the Mines, earlier heading crew of drifters and chosen in this year the region coordinator of ONF goes the second.  The three is shorted by the teacher of year in the Rostov region Lyudmila Tutova.  It is expected that after choices of Lord Golubev and Kaminsky will refuse a deputatstvo, their mandates can transfer to other candidates.  To whom — will decide regional council of the party.

In the uniform list to regional parliament there are directly two deputy governors — Victor Goncharov and Minister of Agriculture Vyacheslav Vasilenko. According to an informed circle in the regional government, to one of them designate a post of the chairman of Legislative assembly. Except them in the list — operating senator Leonid Tyagachev (Oktyabrsky district), the present chairman of Legislative assembly Victor Deryabkin (The Oryol region). The head of regional executive committee of "United Russia" Alexander Nechushkin stands from the Volgodonsk regional group. Except them in choices will participate some businessmen and top managers — "Atlintis-Paka" entering in "Agrokom" former head, and now the owner of Mishkino confectionery Sergey Ryzenko, the principal of the Rostov branch of Bank of Moscow Anna Shtabnova, the executive director of Rostovgorgaz Aslanbek Dzhioyev, the director of Rostselmash economy Alexander Tokmakov, the general director of Novocherkassk meat-processing plant Lyubov Akulovich, and also the director of the branch of trading house JSC Yug Rusi Oil Extraction Plant, the son of his owner Dmitry Kislov. The Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling also claims for the deputy mandate Varteres Samurgashev.

The party in power list on one-mandatory districts differs a large number of businessmen present at it. The director of the Rostov branch of Rosselkhozbank Igor Pyatigorets, the general director of JSC Kamenskvolokno Vladimir Lakunin, the deputy head of the ministry of regional development got to it of the Southern Federal District Sergey Mikhalev, the general director of JSC Donuglestroy Igor Shinkar, the general director of JSC PK NEVZ Sergey Podust, the head of "Donenergo" Vladimir Krupin, the general director of JSC Real Estate (the Rostov hypermarket Real) Vladimir Shilov, the director general Rostovgiproshakhta Valery Gurin, the first deputy general director of "Rostvertol" Sergey Shamshura, the general director "SB Investment" Arutyun Surmalyan. From current deputies Nikolay Belyaev, the chairman of committee on economic policy go to Legislative assembly of new convocation Andrey Harchenko, the chairman of committee on construction, housing and communal services and power engineering Vladimir Grebenyuk, the vice-president of ZSRO Evgeny Shepelev the vice-chairman of committee on an agrarian policy.

According to the interlocutor of "Kommersant" in the regional government, the general list of "United Russia" is feeble on composition in this connection it should be strengthened the governor, his deputies and the chairman of Legislative assembly.  "On choices there is head of parliamentary committee of the legislation no Alexander Ishchenko participating in development of the majority of acts of ZSRO, and the head of JSC Centre finansovogo konsultirovaniya Leonid Shafirov, the deputy of several convocations and known businessman Ali Uzdenov in the city" — it marked.

Two main competitors of "United Russia" on choices in ZSRO still didn't create the lists and programs. Promotion of candidates from the CPRF is expected on June 29, from Just Russia — on July 7.

According to the director of fund Sergey Smirnov's Application-oriented political science, United Russia party members will benefit choices in all 30 one-mandatory districts. As a result, according to him, in regional parliament of 4-5 mandates the CPRF will get, on 2–3 mandates representatives of LDPR and members of A Just Russia and, probably will receive, one mandate will be received by "A civil platform". The party in power will get all remaining places. Director Fonda of development of democratic institutes Roman Bazikov assumes that in a voting process according to party lists the United Russia will receive 45% of votes, 25% will vote for the CPRF, 15% — and on 5–6% will receive for Just Russia LDPR and "A civil platform".

Let's remind, in Legislative assembly of the Rostov region two batches — "United Russia" and the CPRF are now provided.  The first belong 45 places in the regional parliament, the second — 5.  In the following convocation the number of deputies will increase to 60, a half of them will pass according to party lists, a half — through one-mandatory districts.
