While names only 198 elects are known. Two more delegates will elect in Uzbekistan. Later to them 50 electees on proportional system will be added.

Leaders of Majlis, including his head, People's Deputy Moustapha Dzhemilev and two of his deputies - Remzi Ilyasova and Akhtem Chiygoza became delegates of Kurultai. 

Representatives of the most different professions became delegates of national congress of the Crimean Tatars. Among them there were many officials - both operating, and former.

So, the ex-head of the Kirov district state administration Kadyr Osmanov, the former first deputy minister of housing and communal services of the Crimea, and nowadays - the director Krasnoperekopsky gorwodokanal Enver Saliyev, the former vice-chairman of Republican committee on affairs of the international relations and the deported citizens Emin Avamilev, the head of department on international affairs and migration of the Yalta City Council Zaur Smirnov are elected delegates of Kurultai. The company to them will be kept by ex-deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Crimea Abmedzhit Suleymanov and Ismail Temindarov.

In the list of delegates of Kurultai there was a big group of businessmen. Among them - the head of board of the international business association (CIBA) Aslan Omer Kyrymla, the owner of window firm of "Screw" Sadykh Tabakh, the businessman from the Old Crimea Ebazer Emiradzhiyev. Also restaurateurs Zeynur Yakubov (evpatoriyskiya ethno - Dzheval restaurant) and Seytumer Berberov (the Simferopol cafe "Marakand"), businessmen Bekir Ganiyev and Usein Chapukh became delegates of Kurultai.

The number of delegates of Kurultai included known athletes, including the world champion in Greco-Roman wrestling among veterans Ismet Saliyev and the vice-president of Federation of krymskotatarsky wrestling Kuresh Dzhafer Bekirov.

Among delegates of Kurultai - there is a lot of youth.  Among them - the chairman of public organization "Bizim Kjyrym" Abduraman Egiz and the head of the Yashlar Shurasy organization Dilyaver Akiyev. 

Different political forces also got "the people" as a part of krymskotatarsky national congress. The batch "Shock" there is represented by the ex-candidate of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Emin Bagatyrla, and BYuT - Abib Sidorov.

There are among delegates of Kurultai teachers (directors of the Old Crimean and Sudaksky schools with krymskotatarsky language of training in Aisha Chabanova and Ferida Saidzhalilova) and doctors (the chief physician of Kerch hospital Ayar Dzhepparov and the candidate of the medical sciences, the known urologist Iza Dzhemilev).

The leader of ATR TV channel - political scientist Nariman Dzhelyal became the delegate of national congress also.
