This morning two Novosibirsk athletes returned to our city from the European championship which took place in Tbilisi: winner of Olympic Games, world champion and Europe Roman Vlasov and double owner of the World Cup Ivan Kuylakov.

In a certain measure, it is the first such success in the history of Novosibirsk wrestling, the president of Federation of wrestling of the Novosibirsk region Sergey Syomka, - our both fellow countrymen acting in a national team speaks, broke through in the ending of the championship of the Old World.

The first silver of Russian national team was extracted by the debutant of the European championship, Andrey Lisitsy's pupil – Ivan Kuylakov in weight to 60 kilograms:

- I for the first time fought in the European championship. Impressions positive, it was psychologically well prepared. Long time I was on the way to the main structure, such there was expectation tension, but I am glad that won "silver", certainly physically didn't suffice slightly, the ending was the fifth duel, and the rival was fresh, but I think that justified hopes of trainers. Naturally helped that us, residents of Novosibirsk was two as the captain as the fellow countryman, Roman Vlasov helps council, supports, inspires self-confidence.

And the pupil of the deserved trainer of the USSR Victor Kuznetsov – Roman Vlasov, weight category to 74 kilograms, opened the account to "gold" medals of Russian national team. In the ending Vlasov was resisted by the owner of a carpet, the athlete from Georgia Zurab Datunashvili. The rival of the resident of Novosibirsk at all the beginner, it already has experience of participation in representative international tournaments, but in the ending of superiority of the continent it fought for the first time.

And to Roman Vlasov's instructor – to Victor Kuznetsov forces give victories of his pupil.

- I liked that confidence with which Rum passed all tournament, knowing its character, is sure that it won't stop on reached, we will work, be improved, Victor Mikhaylovich Kuznetsov noted.
