Attempt at the vice-president of Trading house "HELP" Sologubova in Volgograd can lead to repartition of spheres of influence in developer business

Alexander Nikolaevich Sologubov was the rank-and-file member of sports community of Vitaly Starikov ("Cossack") shot from the gun at an entrance of own house in 1993.  Vitaly Vasilyevich Starikov had unconditional authority on Volgograd.  he was the Greco-Roman wrestling coach.

It is known that the "HELP" company was created with Starikov's direct participation. After his death Vladimir Dreval and Vladimir Tsepelev didn't allow the enterprise to collapse, and Knobler Sergey Eduardovich became his president. Direct part in affairs of the company was taken by Vasily Bukhtiyenko whom to death killed with hammers at 12.00 o'clock on April 30, 2010 near the tennis court located in Krasnooktyabrsky district of Volgograd near the pool "Spark".

As already reported IA " Vysota 102" news agency, Vasily Bukhtiyenko was attacked by three unknown men.  Having been hit blow the stun gun in a foot, the businessman fell, and then to it struck blows to the head.  From the received damages the victim died on the spot.  On this fact the investigative department of Krasnooktyabrsky district of Volgograd of SKP Russian Federation SU of area brought criminal case according to Art. 105 p.1 the criminal code of Russian Federation (murder).

Vasily Vasilyevich Bukhtiyenko in March, 2007 stood for the Volgograd City Council across Central federal district. Owned several trade commercial enterprises, hotel and Stalingrad cafe on Mamayevom Kurgane, the "Gorozhanin" newspaper.

Taking into account vigorous activity of the enterprise "The foreign trade house  "HELP" on leasing of commercial real estate and construction of malls, isn't excluded that attempt at Sologubov can cause repartition in the sphere of developer business.  Besides, that factor that many actual co-owners of this business, including the president of the company Knobler S.E. is considered also.,   live in the USA.
