On March 8 in Korzye-sur-Vevee (Switzerland) the acting president of the International federation of the integrated styles of wrestling (FILA) Nenad Lalovich held meeting of the anti-recessionary working group. On it the decision on carrying out the extraordinary congress of FILA on May 18 in Moscow - in 11 days prior to wrestling presentation to International Olympic Committee (IOC) executive committee was made. The wrestling public of the whole world actively got into gear on wrestling preservation in the Olympic Games-2020 program, and Nenad Lalovich's yesterday's meeting with the president the IOC Jacques Rogge became for us an additional impulse, - George Bryusov noted. - Meeting of the working group began with Nenad Lalovich's report on a meeting with Jacques Rogge. Priority of FILA is development of modern strategy of development, and presentation of new shape of fight on executive committee the IOC in St. Petersburg. Parameters of presentation are determined. Collecting a material and negotiations with the leading world marketing companies were in the home stretch. In the next few days the contract will be signed with one of them, and already creative work on presentation preparation will begin.

The working group made the decision on carrying out the extraordinary congress of FILA on May 18 - in 11 days prior to wrestling presentation on executive committee the IOC. According to Nenad Lalovich's proposal Moscow is chosen as a venue of the congress. Right after the approval of this decision Nenad Lalovich by phone discussed the main technical moments with the minister of sports of the Russian Federation Vitaly Mutko. On the congress will be легитимизированы powers of the president and the updated structure of FILA bureau. On the statement of delegates the developed strategy of development of wrestling also will be taken out. Organizational work on carrying out the Congress should be done in very short time. With support the sports and Russian Olympic Committee ministry this task will be carried out. I want to remind that the capital of Russia already accepted FILA congresses in 2002 and 2010, and also conference of the European committee of wrestling (CELA) in the 2006th. All of them passed at the highest organizational level. In this all organizational work on carrying out the Congress should be done in very short time. With support of the ministry of sports and the Russian Olympic Committee this task will be carried out.
