Mister Nazaryan, what you think concerning the executive committee decision the IOC?

It is improbable that fight will exclude from the Olympic program. Those states which spend the huge sums for development of this sport at home won't allow it. It won't allow neither Bulgaria, nor Armenia, neither Russia, nor some other the countries. As it is possible to refuse that sport which initially made a basis of Olympic Games. Since 1896 Greco-Roman wrestling was in the program of the Olympic Games.

The similar decision the IOC will kill dream of many children to become Olympic champions. Executive committee the IOC took such konkertny steps for the first time though It should be noted that at different times there were different conversations about it. I very much was surprised when learned about it. All Bulgaria didn't expect such decision. Our federation wrote the letter to the IOC where we expressed the indignation concerning the matter. I agree that altered fight, changed laws and sports itself endured serious changes. Now beautiful receptions and throws aren't visible in fight. That fight loses the popularity FILA is guilty. But the IOC shouldn't work so because of errors of FILA.

What steps you undertake?

We will boycott the decision the IOC. You already know, the president of federation of wrestling of Bulgaria, the champion of the Olympic Games-1996 of year on free-style wrestling, the sevenfold world champion and the eightfold champion of Europe Valentin Yordanov refused the Olympic medal in protest. In Bulgaria the executive committee decision the IOC caused negative reaction. More than 16 Olympic champions also stated the protest in the letter in the IOC.

In turn I will make everything that I will be able that the IOC didn't make the similar decision. In Tehran I met Levon Dzhulfalakyan. I will join any protest actions which will be organized by it.

What do you expect from the acting president of FILA Nenad Lalovich?

I am familiar with it personally. I from it expect a lot of things if him approve as the president of the organization. We will make everything that it approved. I also hope that the experience and authority triple Olympic champion Aleksandr Karelin will help. I am sure that the IOC won't make this decision. It would be good that in executive committee the IOC the people having idea of fight worked. Fight always remains dear sport, is sure that the decision will be in our advantage.
