The Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling Roman Vlasov reported to R-Sport agency that the decision on its participation in the March European championship in Tbilisi is already made by a trainer's staff of team.

Resident of Novosibirsk Vlasov is the world champion-2011, the winner of the European championship-2012 and Olympic champion Games  in London in weight category to 74 kg. Tournament will take place in the capital of Georgia during the period from March 19 to March 24.

"On a World Cup passing recently in Iran, we talked to my trainer Victor Mikhaylovich Kuznetsov with (the head coach of a national team) Gogi Murmanovich Koguashvili, and he told that I prepared for the European championship — Vlasov by phone declared. - I was glad to this decision because participated and won Ivan Poddubny's (January) tournament in Tyumen to win the right to fight in the European championship".

Vlasov before the World Cup was elected as the captain of Russian national team that, according to the athlete, "twice added responsibility".

"And therefore I have no moral right not to participate in one of the main tournaments of year — the interlocutor of agency continued. — Whether it is offensive for me for my friend Alexander Chekhirkin (become to the second in Tyumen) to whom I closed the road on tournament? Offensively, but there's nothing to be done, it is sports. I am sure that Sascha still will declare himself".

The head coach of Russian national team, fivefold world champion Gogi Koguashvili reported earlier "R-sports" that the final structure of classic fighters on ChE-2013 will be called after final training collecting team in March.
